I'm literally on and off anywhere from 7 pm-12 am, heck even sometimes in the late hours of the morning, and I'll see like, one member maybe two. Also I do not have the time to just sit around in a chat waiting for someone to log in. If I'm in the chat for a good 15 minutes I notice no one from the team is online, guess what? I'm not waiting, I have a part time job, I have college assignments to do. I do however wish you good luck with the team though.

Your english is fine, as long as it's understandable right? Anyways if that's true then I am sorry to have made that conclusion, it's just I don't see many members whenever I'm online (If any at all). They may be active, just probably not when I am in that case, so its still semi-pointless for me to be on the team. Thank you for understanding my second post and not blowing this out of proportion, and again, good luck.
