It's just that there are other uses too for the feature, my bad if it doesn't do much against Nubas though.

I don't see how it would be annoying at all. I assume you're thinking of Dueling Network where the hand shuffle stops the game to show the hand shuffle animation, but on CFA actions don't work like that.
If there were a hand shuffling system, it would just be like shuffling your deck where it doesn't interrupt play but shows with a red light whenever you're shuffling.

Actually, it does do much against Nubas. Because right now when you drive check a say, PG, the placement of the card will not change, thus your opponent can just choose that card and bind it.

True, players are able to hand-shuffle in real life thus, Nubatama doesn't pose much of a threat afterwards against powerhouses. I realize there would be a slight flaw. A player would abuse the hand-shuffle so that when the opponent selects a card in their hand the other player might hand-shuffle it. If they decide to add in a hand-shuffle button it should light up when the hand is shuffled, such as the deck lighting up green when it is being viewed.
Magus TSS:
Evil-Eye Princess Euryale would also like this feature. Since she also chooses a card at random and binds it.
