To keep icon consistency rather than having the old icons mixed with chibi ones and looking odd. Once I've done all the basic ones I'll start creating more that aren't already in game.

The icon is sized to the overall same size as the originals meaning the eyes would be more noticeable on these icons than the original ones (hopefully)
