please make a Watcher's Chat

A better chat in general would be better for the players and all. Something like cfc had, that was a comfortable chat. In both OOC and inside fights.

As I've said before, I would like a watcher's chat. It could help with ruling issues and such.

Well there are some bad things about Watcher's Chat. If the watcher can talk they may confuse the player or distarct form CFs which kinda maked me pissed when happened in CFC :P
