Not really much to comment on. imo. I'm glad it isn't a restander, but this is just really boring. The +10000/Crit +1 was to retrain Phantom Blaster Dragon into a new card, which is fine. But just slapping on a Guard Seal is repetitive and tiresome.

EDIT: Just noticed that it says "your opponent cannot call cards from hand to (GC)" which is stupidly ridiculous and even less likely. Even though it makes sense with giving the opponent an ultimatum like Transcore.

Pretty much due to shadows more then likely going to get a crit in 3 drives due to the deck thin they can do and counterblast 2-3 alone would not justify this effect even with persona flip. This is way stronger then glory. I hope it does have a retire cost of at least 3 Because I seriously cant see this having more then 2 counterblast at the moment. If it turns out to be the real skill then this card will be the most broken card in the game and it will be the easiest card to obtain. (This is assuming it will not be "Blaster Dark" specific and the cost is not justified)

Hi mandatory effect that can deck you out unless this is mistranslated. But yea its decent perfect guard. Keeps to the original Nemain too.
