Stride (Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[AUTO](VC):When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, look at three cards from the top of your deck, search for up to one card from among them, put it face up into your damage zone, and shuffle your deck. If you put a card into your damage zone this way, choose a face up grade 2 or less card from your damage zone, call it to (RC), and that unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of turn.

Why do they really need to hit :'( If the skill was when they attacks... that would be much better :/ but the skill totally good.

1st because they are free skills that don't really give you any disadvantage. 2nd because they are already strong enough even without any skills. 3rd because Generic lel. btw i love how angel feather finally got a really good Card lel, tho Mikael wasn't bad either this one can help in a lot more ways and is actually free :P

you know because it is done in the battle Phase that it is an on hit skill. since doing it in the battle so much more dangerous, and they can use skills that might have costed other units a CB2 because they are not only in the battle Phase but can also be used anytime you want and the hit Chance is higher than the one of other units and don't Forget of the Triple drive that would have costed Daikaiser 2 especial counterblasts.

Cherry:
For the record...

We really shouldn't forget Wisdom Teller doesn't retire, doesn't need the Rearguard to hit to draw, and combos like mad with cards like Crayon Tiger, Big Berry(obviously), Guru Wolf, and the like. Even though the rearguard skills need to hit to work, literally every attack turns into more draw pressure than it already was.

I also don't see the problem with any Stride being an on-hit skill. They're going to be 31k upon your first Stride and give you free benefits for doing absolutely nothing. Gablade gives you a free Grade 2 to start combos, Grim Recruiter gives you a free Swordbreaker or Darkheart Trumpeter, etc. Chances are already high for them hitting the first time and if they don't hit, you forced a Perfect Guard or a good 2-4 shields out of them because Triple Drive is ridiculous.
