that is for the restand skill he gains thro the act skill, i am talking about the possibility of the act skill being able to completely the ability to drive check

Yeah, you should be able to reduce it's drive check to 0 if you felt like it with unflippers, no point to doing so (apart from maybe random deck-out avoidance strats lol), but yeah, should work.

If you can do it twice, and make drive check to single check in one turn. Is it possible to use its restanding skill on the first stride of the game?

I would think so, it doesn't say you can only use it once per turn so I'm guessing yes if you have 4 damage (unflipped) and 2 overlords in hand.

EDIT: Misread.

It's possible to make it work as the first Stride of the game with cb4 and unflipping a G Unit a second time with its skill, yes. You still only get one restand though.
