Deck Building

I have no clue how to deck build :P What I usually do is use the trial decks as a base then fill in the holes to make it balanced.
Is there a certain way to properly deck build like a pro- tips ,tricks help in general?

Well this is just my opinion
1)Pick a play style that you like (for example you want to go for a passive-aggressive kind of thing with katana world)
2)Find and focus the suitable main monster for that play style (As said with the example to go with passive-aggressive  would be Tsukikage, Giant Shield)
3)Find spells to go with the suitable play style to balance it out and solidify your play(Example by putting in ninja arts steel ball to let your main monster live)
4)If you like an impact card and want to use it badly, Just go for it and think thoroughly with what would work best for it
