Hi Hi
I think its play style or preference wise, but for me i love to rush a lot and play 12 crits in tachikaze xd.
So since i love to rush. I run 4 gatling arrow and 4 dinocrowd, just for the sake of being able to retire tyranobite or iguanagorg for multiple attacks. It can quickly put someone to 6 damages especially with the 12 crits xd. Even tho breakriding is nice and it gives a lot of + . Since there's no enabler yet, i wouldn't recommend playing break ride since in stride format game ends quickly and break riding will slow you down. But again its play style and preference
There's my thoughts!! I hope it helps hehe, have fun playing tachikaze!! they are fun and awesome!

Basically with Tachikaze, save your units in your hand until you have guarantee combos. They are all about short bursts to pressure your opponent, similar to Nova Grappler. Tachikaze isn't necessarily about full rushing because if your playing someone that knows what they are doing, they will take out troublesome rear guards. Your trigger line up is fine, I personally run stand triggers (6 stand, 4 draws, 4 heals, 2 crit) with my tyrannoquake deck. That way I get the most out of my units.
Your grade two line up is perfect, it's the exact line up I run in my Tachikaze deck.
Grade one line up, try this out if you'd like: 3 Gattling Arrow, 2 Gioconda, 2 Tri-plasma, 3 PG /1 QW, 3 Iguano corg, 2 Tyrannoblaze. If the limit break enabler isn't for you then take him out and you have two slots available for tech cards or a card you'd need.
Now combo wise here's my ancient dragon combos (I don't use Iguano corg that much except early game), and in my Tyrannoquake deck, I have Ancient dragon baby rex as my starter and I run Babysaurus for later since it only works while in legion which is late game. Babyrex guarantee's early game pressure. And I also run 1-2 Tyranno Legend.
Early game(assuming baby rex is starter and supporting vg), ride whatever card that DOESN'T retire for the +5000, call a unit to rearguard that gets a +5000 power from retiring(from your deck it's dinocloud / gattling arrow). Have the vanguard swing in supported by Babyrex generally they won't guard since it's early. You hit, now swing in at the VG and get the +5000 power, superior call tyrannoquake and attack. In this scenerio they will either take 3 damage (assuming they don't get a trigger), or use up valuable late game resources.
Main combo late game, after legion call Tyranno bite to rearguard, have a unit behind him, call a rearguard and have a unit support VG. First attack have Tyrannobite attack a rearguard - yes rearguard unsupported. Second attack have your tyrannoquake attack at vg use his skill +10000 power +1 critical. Have him retire Tyrannobite, use Tyrannobite's skill and superior call him back at standing. Hopefully you get a trigger and you can magic number Tyrannobite to take a bite at the VG. This is your main to go.
Another combo you could use is have night armor attack at vg use his skill retire iguanocorg thats behind the vanguard. Iguano corg's skill superior call him behind vanguard or rearguard (your choice), attack with rear and we will assume it's Tyrannobite or quake. Then have iguanocorg support Tyrannoquake and use his skill get rid of Tyrannobite/quake in rearguard for the +1 critical / 10000. If it's tyrannobite you have another attack right there for your triggers.
Here's a couple pictures if you couldn't understand what I was saying:
