Markers are something borrowed from Weiss Schwarz, and are simply used to gain effects or power. A marker could come from anywhere - Topdeck, Bottomdeck, Damage, Soul...
I did research on the name, and she adds removal to OTT, which is nice ^^

I'll probably come up with more later~

Nice idea, I'd rather see more Sanctuary of Lights, well, if there was they would be incredibly broken as they where in my last game, 3 columns of 24k

Sanctuary of light would be over powered, you could have rear guard columns hitting 25k every turn for no cost on limit break.
