That... doesn't look anything like something from one of the listed clans. Is that... a Messiah Joker? Another Tear Dragon Kagero like Waterfall...?

It's harmonics messiah which is gonna be reprinted as GR i think so (IDK)

The body looks way too skinny to be Harmonics. The wings look similar, but they're positioned differently.
The idea of the cover card being a Cray Elemental seems very odd. Though, Harmonics shifting to the messianic Jokers could make sense.
