If I may comment on the seriousness of Chrono's face (or that just being his face) and actually more releases for Ibuki, I could take the guess that they could be getting to a tournament in the series. I say his because we wouldn't see Ibuki unless it was actually significant or if he is having a rematch against Chrono- which contradicts my whole statement.

Basically it just doesn't have to be what I said, I think, in my opinion, that the anime is getting to it's significant stages.

Devour:
As it has previously been stated by Lore, Link Joker has been accepted as a clan in Cray and has now adapted to it's life-forms, thusly changing their own. You can now expect to see Link Joker units resembling Harmonics Messiah that has saved them from the depths of Void. Meaning, that is a Link Joker unit on the poster, most likely their Stride Unit.

Body shape is sort of different but the cover card has hair.

I'm pretty sure the unit shown in the anime was actually Harmonics itself.
