Hmm could be, but i would say it doesn't quite feel like harmonics to me, looking at the head it feels more like this one.

There's a chance it could be Harmonics, and I'm honestly half-tempted to believe Ibuki's guess on Harmonics getting a reprint is right. As much as I'd rather it not be. Harmonics was sort of there and became obsolete for anything that had its own clan stride instantly, even more so with Atmos' coming into the game.
A reprint now if "Messiah" is becoming an archetype with coherent support would make sense, possibly.
If it's a completely different unit, then I'm still going to be questioning why Chrono and Chrono Jet saw a vision of a messiah.

I think Ibuki will have Harmonics but as a new card with a skill ofc.

There is something that separates the unit shown from Harmonics: Harmonics has the planets on it's shoulders, however the cover card of GBT03 is not. If it was Harmonics, there'd be a silhouette of the spheres on the shoulders.
