Restriction list on cfa ?

Hi there  :v so ...with bushiroad sometime make a new restriction list with release some old cards and restric new one , with the new list of limit laureal ( DP) to 1 and barcgal not used at starting VG.
I still see many people play more than 1 laurel or people still use barcgal as starting VG . Is there a way for the player to follow the list ? Laurel was liimited to one for a reason ( Stride ),or barcgal with seeker saver dragon :v just asking for a way to deal with this cause when i mention the list they said 'it's 4fun ' but i cant stand it ( no i'm not a
 sore loser they were good players ) sry for my english

Ummm CFA goes by japanese ban list restriction. I personally use English restrictions while testing out irl stuff, since im one of the few players here who actually play in real life here.

you should just state that you want to fight someone that folllows the list.

hang around in the ice castle, most of the people there follow the list.

be aware that it is still up to the players if they wanna follow it or now. most people that arnt training for tournaments, team battles or generally follow em wont apply em to there decks.
