Hmm is it because their effects are different? Because I tried to do the same to Blaster Blade Seeker however It would not let me add more then 4 of him combined as it should.

I think it's because CFA just counts triggers as triggers, and only limits total to 16 without considering whether they're heal or some other trigger.

They actually do have some Emi sleeves in the program (although not usable yet), I'm thinking they'll release them later in another event or something.
