Hope:
Due to recent events, here is the protocol + conditions of replacing clan leaders:

Replace Clan Leader Due To:
- They have left on their own free will. (Resignation)
- They are charged with bad sportsmanship/inappropriate behavior. (Misconduct)
- Inactive in the event especially during festival times. (Inactivity)

Should the leader need to be replaced, the GSE staff will decide on the next one. Consideration/priority is given in the order given.

Going down the list.. who should be the new clan leader?:
1) Activity - Who is the most active? Do you have a good reputation?
2) Ability - Who rekts the hardest and knows the most?
3) Results from voting/tournament - If they were runner up for clan leader in the last selection or 3rd,4th... etc.
4) Clan Leader Recommendation - If resigning, the clan leader can recommend a successor.

Hitting the top 2 is the most important.
