[Sleeves] What exactly are they?

How do we get more sleeves that others can see? And once we get them are they with us forever oooor will they poof when we log and we have to try and hope we get the same sleeves again?

While the sleeves is only possible get in loteriroom end forum event. In the future may be other ways to get sleeves. Such as contests or tournaments.

But yeah, tournaments, events, pretty much that's what's covering it. Like how the sprites were the prizes in CFC, sleeves are here. (I have to commend all 3 of you, Rem, since you tought of this, it didn't even occur to me to make this happen. o.o)

Could you (or any other staff member) explain exactly how the lottery room thing works? I've been in the ice room for a while but haven't seen anything, and I think the details on the room aren't in the changelog anymore.
