All right, let's break it down, shall we? Now, before someone asks about the grade ratio, this is what has been working for me
most of the time
. I opted out two of the grade twos because ideally, I pictured a entire front row of grade ones. Does this cause problems? Yes. I can find myself without a grade two in my opening hand most of the time. I play by sending mostly grade ones and triggers (like any player would), only to sift out a grade two, or three if I lack them. This is also prioritized by having more than four draw triggers just for those early damages and checks to get me either grades I lack. I realize grade ones aren't the only grades to benefit from the skill, and that I could just use my grade zeros or even draw triggers, but I prefer not to do so unless out of desperation. Jewel Knights' skills were made for this G-Unit. The grade ones are the
ideal
soldiers of the deck.
What I am hoping for, is that someone play test this deck, and let me know their thoughts and what they feel could be opted out and switched around by posting back here.
If you've played with this sort of deck before, and are confident that you see some problems with it, I strongly urge you to try my build out first.
Update: The deck has been edited drastically. I've had to add more grade twos (one more, but even one helps) and the addition of Sicilus.
Also, I ask that more people please give commentary or let me know what they think of the deck after they've tried it.

The thing with this is that you're not playing enough burst to make Regalia's turns effective during earlygame. Which is also why you should opt to drop the number of Draw Triggers. This deck excels at spitting out units, so you want to capitalize on that with power, not hand. Criticals are your friends here the most, as they can end the game extremely early with Yvain, Saint Blow, and Regalia if you pushed them hard.
Drop the enabler to 2. Jewel Knights have it the best over other clans except Shadows, being able to drop it at any time. Even if one of them gets retired, the second one is just insurance. By the time you get the third, you won't need it. Cymbeline's number should also fall some because the third is sort of overkill. The extra copies of these two don't let you have more of your main Grade 1 attacker (Shellie) or your card cycler to get you more rearguards (Prizmy).
I have a personal irk with Sybill but it helps your main idea here. Your Grade 2s are fine but you could consider a tech of Starlight Violinist.
Your Grade 3s are fine as they are if your focus is Sanctuary Guard.
You honestly don't need so many copies of Regalia. You'll end the game before you even need the third if you're alternating between it and Saint Blow to forcibly push or end the game. Your advantage to Stride is also limited by a low number of Grade 3s (7 - the one you ride = 6 1-card stride fuel), and you're not playing Lauryl. You may want to consider Madu to sit on top of a Legioned Yvain to net you a Grade 3 back to your hand to keep up.
Your idea for this is on the right track. You just need more burst and a way to keep up in advantage without sacrificing that burst, which is why I recommend more Criticals at least.
Also, while I'm so glad you added an explanation and clan name to your thread title, you need to add something like [Jewel Knight Sanctuary] to the title to let people know what the deck is.
