Okay gang, I'm only going to say this once. If you want your banner, IE the thing that's going to be on your front page, fill this out and send it my way.

First, please note that I ask for very specific details and if something seems off (poor color choice, odd/weird title, cannot find a good picture, etc) that I will contact you, so please be available for me to work with you if the need arises. I also like to work with you hand in hand before I finalize anything to make sure it's perfect. With that in mind please make sure not to double up on characters and colors, we're trying to strive for uniqueness. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Second, the route that Sirvat wants to take the team in, is something dark yet 'refined', we decided to go a little 'demonic' in terms of the theme, nothing horror movie-ish, more inline with the ancient gothic occult stuff, something akin to the 72 pillars of Solomon, IE where the demons were all nobles (dukes, barons, lords, etc). With that being said, please keep that in mind when thinking up your title.

Third, I will not be making changes to these constantly, unless of course there's a new booster or something, then I completely understand, just please keep this in mind when picking your details. Also, if you cannot work with me, I
