Hello one and all to the GSE/GS2 Clan Leader selection.
This new way of selecting clan leaders will cover three things, popularity/charisma, field ability, and knowledge!
This week, we will be focusing on beginning the selection process for the leaders of the Dragon Empire Nation.
The following clans:
Kagero
Narukami
Murakumo
Nubatama
Tachikaze
How it works.
A three phase system, a selection process where each nation's candidates compete with each other for 3 weeks
to become the leader of their respective clan. The one on top of each clan's assessment becomes the leader, the one whom
does the overall best becomes the leader of the respective nation as well as their clan!
Rules/Changes
Rules on the clan leader conduct stay the same as from the first.
Cheating will result in DQ (Depends on the offense.

-- Incumbent clan leaders may run again for their clan, this is a change as it was restricted before.
-- You must be FICA registered, before there was no FICA, now there is pretty much.
-- Signing up gives me a promise that you will be active in the event. Signing up, taking the title, and disappearing once you have it is a disrespect to me ,the community, and other candidates. If you win leadership and are not active in GSE, your leadership WILL be removed from you and you will be banned from this event.
-- One week after a nation's selection has been posted, signups will close.
-- Clan Leader terms increased to more than one month (exact time to be specified at a later date)
-- Week 3 has been integrated to week one and two. Week 3 evaluation will happen during voting and the tournament.
Phase 1: Voting
Yes, the first week will be focused on voting. Voting will work as it did in the first clean leader selection, sign up, your name will be up on the ballot, and people vote for you. Signing up will be similar to last time.

Phase 2: The Round-Robin Mirror
For week 2, we will do a league between candidates, a round-robin style league where candidates
fight one another and try to rack up the most wins in their assigned match ups.
Fighting ability as well sacking comes into play.
Also da salt.
Phase 3: The Council
For week 3 the GSE staff will personally make an assessment of each candidate, picking which one should be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th...
.... and so on.
This will test attitude/ability in conversations as well as clan knowledge as a card analysis and even deck list based
around a requested card will possibly be requested for the selection process.
Three Phases, One Result:
Each phase will work around a points system:
1st place: 100 pts
2nd place: 75 pts
3rd place: 50 pts
4th place: 25 pts
5th & below: 0
The participant with the most points added up through the results of all three phases becomes the clan leader.
The participant with the most points added up through the results between all clan leaders will become nation leader.
