My solution to this? Allow players to trade sleeves. Put up a 'trade' forum or sub-forum somewhere and have two players post up to agree to a trade, letting you know what sleeve they want from one another. Then all you would have to do is simply 'turn off' or what have you, the sleeves they want to trade from their inventory and then add the sleeves they want from one another.
I have no idea how complicated that is, it sounds simple though, two people posting up what cards they want from one another and then implementing said trade in game. But it's an idea I had running around in my brain.

You gotta be kidding me. The system selects the same persons all over again. I stood up from 3 to 8 hours to get a sleeve and persons who come with 10 minutes before the lottery, won or the same person won twice. And since I follow up, it happens that person has at least two more sleeves. Honestly, I liked the old Sprite better. I just modified some files and voila.... I had my sleeve.

Man there are usually about 30 ppl in the room. It's one every 45min. 30x45=1350min that's almost 23h. So yeah it makes sense that you haven't got the sleeves yet. And yes there are luckier people but that doesn't mean they're cheating or the game is cheating for them.

This would be a great idea considering the number of players I always hear complaining they didn't want this card yet the other person would like it and situations like that. So, yeah, it's a great idea to implement Sleeve Trading. :)
