Honestly in my opinion, if Kai met Aichi like he was when a child he'd be just like Miwa. Then, if Koutei known about Aichi before hand he still would've lost but this time receive Judgment.

... I can totally imagine this. Kai using Blaster Blade Seeker royal paladin deck while Aichi uses an upgraded version of his original Royal Paladin deck (edited by the help of Kai)

If Naoki didn't follow Aichi? He would follow Kai and Kai would be his master.
Kamui would probably be better than Kai for the rest of the series if he beats Tetsu that early.
