Missing sleeves

Artemis:
So uh, I don't know what happened, maybe because I did a system restore on my computer, idk.
But for some odd reason, when I logined to my CFA account, the name being "Artemis" I found out that the sleeves I've earned in the past few months afking-erh staying in the Ice Castle room have ... disappeared?

I'm so confused as to what happened, and worse of all, I don't have proof. So I can't back up my word, but I know I'm missing sleeves 201, 199, 194, and 185.
So Yeah, idk.

EDIT: It's been discovered that on another Laptop, the sleeves still reside there.
So, what happen to my desktop? O_O
