Golden Sage NovaRaizer:
Darren signed lightly at her question, letting her tend to his wounds as he probably should have gotten done some time ago. He turned to her and said, "... A lot. I'll have to explain it later. What are you doing here?"

I called her here. Before I helped you, I had to call her here. You were too wounded to leave on your own.

Darren closed his eyes lightly and couldn't help but smile. He hated the hero for lying to him but it seemed the lie was deeper than he thought. Even with that, he went that far to see to his safety. Still, he couldn't trust the dark power within him.

"Guess I should be thanking you both for that then."

"I'm fine, Shirayuki... I am more concerned for him. You should take him to a nearby bed for rest."

Cherry:
Information. Information! Yugure got tidbits of intel about the invaders and how to whittle their forces greatly. Defeat the generals? That was an obvious war tactic, wasn't it? The "just" part of her statement, however, gave enough. Sera, Chaos Breaker, Nebula Lord, Infinite Zero, Freeze Ray... and Seifer. One of those had Satoshi for a Vanguard as well. Still, she couldn't let the invasion press on, and they were all going to come back to her anyway. She was going to make sure of it. Hana likely let herself be infected for the sake of their research's acceleration. While understanding the princess truly had no ill intent, and Gancelot having noted earlier they're just reckless, Yugure stopped applying logic. Instead, morals were put out. Hana should not have made herself subject to this, being ever so reckless, even if this was hypocritical of the Chosen Sword to think.

Maybe it was just the nonsensical, self-righteous elder sister Yukino Espoir thinking that. Perhaps it was simply a thought process that came to Yugure Espoir.

Gripping her head, the woman began standing with Raging Form's help. The dragon himself wanted to weep at such calamity. Though he was furious and battle-hungry, never did he desire destruction for the innocent as a Cosmos Dragon or an Abyss Dragon. Yugure didn't respond to the concerned Seifer. Instead, there was something that needed to be said.

"Now do you see this? Now do you all understand what just transpired?!" The War General shouted, her voice booming throughout the ruined land. "Link Joker will kill us all or harvest us via Reverse. I took this seriously for a reason, and now you see it! The absolute destructive power of the invaders, and how they distort our hearts! How they'll bring ruin to both Earth and Cray! The only mercy we will get is the slivers of humanity still left in those harvested, and that is not because of chance, nor fate! It is because those people under a spell are resisting! Those turned against us, still fight with us, or lose themselves entirely. For the former, if they're still fighting, why should we not be?!"

This was a turning point for the Resistance.

As if synchronized with the King of Knights, two different speeches were delivered. One to Earth through the Chosen Sword, and one to Cray through the Sanctuary's ruler.

"We will push them out! Today, we learned how powerful they are! Even so, we will not falter! Those who have fallen, those who are being harvested, we'll not let anyone's deaths be in vain, and we'll take back everything that belongs to us! Raise your arms, and stand up! Those who will fight with me will be heroes that take it all back!!"

That part was given by them both, rallying allies, bolstering morale that had just dropped severely, and giving words they can to bring everyone a form of hope. Preaching to give faith was not their intention, no. What was said was a promise.

xateramusa:
Xat let out a sigh before picking him up again.  "Don't thank me, we not out of the woods yet." She told him as Shirayuki reappeard in front of them telling them directions to the nearest place before leaving.

Cipher Izanagi:
The reaction or rather... Non-reaction that Yukino just had. It awed Seifer for a moment. He listened intently to the speech... The parts that he could hear and started to think... Feel something he shouldn't. ...No matter what happened with him, he was still one of the invading Generals. Even if he was unreversed now, what would stop him from being reversed later? That thought terrified him. It bored itself so far into his mind that he started to grow paranoid... ...A thought occurred to him as he stumbled through his own mind, trying to process it all... and drowning out the rest of the speech for him. The crimson eyed male glanced down before shutting his eyes and removing the deck cases from his hip, quietly placing them on the ground before turning and walking away, making sure no one saw him leave, or tried to anyone. He was just walking away in the middle of everything. But this was the choice he made. He'd already made people suffer, and probably hurt Tsubasa and Yukino with how he acted in the space of his mind that night. He didn't want to do that anymore... So he resolved himself to put away his blade, and hopefully... Just maybe... Get rid of any chances for the reverse to take him over once more. With that thought in mind, he left the destroyed battlefield without a word. Anyone could take him leaving how they wanted. But in his mind... This was his way to protect those he cared about after hurting them once before already...

Jello:
....Her voice rang throughout the destroyed alleyway. Haruka stopped cold, but Sera took the full opportunity.

"I'll catch up Hana." Sera crossed his arms, stepping atop a pile of rubble. Staring down at the remaining debris that exists within the afflicted lands. Everything had been torn apart for the sole purpose of conquest. This was reverse land now, and there was nothing to stop its spread at this point. Even Haruka had accepted that reverse was slowly creeping altogether over the world, seeping into the soil of the very Earth that bore life.

Sera grinned. A wry sickening grin as he rose his face in the direction of Yukino. He said nothing to her. He could have yelled to the soldier. He could have said horrible things. But the best message to send was that he was still large and in charge, and not even Haruka, not even Overlord, could stop this from happening. The world was his to conquer under the realm of the Star-Vaders.

"Come and take it then." He snapped, image transmitting from the field leaving those words to travel through the wind, all the way to soldiers who managed to survive. This was far from over in Sera's eyes. He had much to do... much to do... The stars stretched so far and shone so brightly on a war waged tonight. Fitting.
