Miyuki Himura's Profile
Crystalia:
Main Clan: Bermuda Triangle
IGN: XHRT Crystalia
Avatar Card: Duo Eye of Temptation, Reit
Age: 17
Alignment: Hero
Personality
Miyuki is still quiet and reserved, but not outwardly shy anymore. Her experiences have taught her that being too shy creates barriers, so she strove to stop that. However, because of this, as well as other situations, she hides her true feelings sometimes. Despite this, inside she is still a shy person, however she almost never reveals this.
She still considers vanguard fights as performances, seeking to entertain all. She also reveals her emotions more 'on stage', letting some of her feelings out occasionaly. She treasures the Bermuda Triangle cards, and never wants to let them go again. Due to her change in personality, she somewhat distances herself from most people, only opening up to a few people. One of these is her girlfriend Hana, who means everything to her.
BiographyVanguard was a major factor in her life, in both good and bad ways. It helped her mature, and meet new people along the way, but also causer her trouble. After the World Circuit in New York, a highlight to her, issues occured. Strange illnesses started to hit her, affecting her lifestyle massively. Outwardly she acted like she was fine, but she couldn't hide it from Hana, who noticed that she was sick.
She refuses to let her parents notice however, and moved out to avoid worrying them. She helps out with family related things, but tries to avoid contact with them to hide it. The illnesses force her to sleep quite often, limiting the time she goes outside. She maintains contact with certain friends despite this, but it definetly has changed almost everything about her life. Doctors still don't know what exactly is wrong with her, and can't figure out what is causing it. All they know is that she is seemingly getting worse, however there doesn't seem to be an actual pattern.
When she does go outside, she tries to spend time with friends, particularly Hana, and tries to keep up with Vanguard. Whilst playing Vanguard she generally feels fine for that period of time, although it is only whilst playing the actual game.

Age: 16
Alignment: Hero
Personality
Miyuki is a quiet and withdrawn girl, who at heart, yearns to be more confident and dazzle on the stage. She struggles to overcome her natural caution of other people in order to bring fun and life to those around. Those close to her often tease her about the contradiction of being a shy girl trying to be an idol. Through playing Vanguard, she has learnt to open up a little to people; however this is only during the performances. After a cardfight, she will return to her quiet and shy self.
She plays Vanguard as it gives her confidence, as well as allowing her to get closer to her dream of being an idol. A big focus for her is the value of sportsmanship, and enjoying oneself, disliking those who use Vanguard as a tool for power or violence. Despite thinking more of the power of one, and not placing that great a deal on teamwork, through her interactions with Vanguard, and the Espoir sisters, she now places greater value on each individual. She believes that if each individual does their best alone, then when combined with each other they will be even stronger.
BiographyMiyuki was the only daughter, born to a reasonably well off family. They never troubled her or forced her to do anything, which kept her as quiet and withdrawn. She didn't play with children her age, finding it difficult to approach them, and instead spent her early childhood entertaining herself. With no siblings to turn to, and being too shy to interact with other people, she also became quite withdrawn. Worried by this, her parents started to try and come up with various ways to make her happy. One of these was taking her to live performances, which she quickly came to love.
Despite this love however, she was still very quiet, and never tried to join in with school events and such. She instead focused more on reading and studying hard at school, away from most people, then spending time at home looking up idol shows. Eventually however, she met a girl named Hana 'Isabella' Espoir, a lively girl, different from her. Despite this difference however, Hana approached her, and she discovered that Hana also loved idols. Fuelled by this, they became friends, and she began actually talking to people more and participating because of this. She was still shy and quiet however, so they often just practiced together.
One day, after practice, the day after Hana's birthday, she mentioned that she had started playing a game. The game was called Vanguard. Hana invited her over, to learn from her sister Yukino. Despite being resistant at first, Yukino eventually taught her how to play Vanguard. Inspired by Hana, and her love for Idols, she picked the clan 'Bermuda Triangle'. Was there perhaps a sound when she first touched those cards? A voice? Perhaps, however if there was one it was dismissed by her, deciding it must have been her imagination.
After watching Hana and Yukino play, she realised that they talked to their cards. She regarded them as special, especially Yukino who carried herself differently. She never talked to her cards, not considering herself special. However sometimes in the middle of a 'performance' she sometimes hears a whisper or two, a word of advice or praise.

SpoilerMiyuki HimuraMain Clan: Pale Moon
IGN: XHRT Crystalia
Avatar Card: Starlight Melody Tamer, Farah
Age: 16
Alignment: Hero
Personality
She is a quiet girl, however due to new experiences has started opening up. Due to various meetings with both stangers, and new discoveries with friends, she has realised the value of communication, and strives to be able to easily talk to others. One such way that she tries to improve is through Vanguard, by playing the 'Pale Moon' clan, in an attempt to dazzle crowds with various tricks. She performs in a more idol-like when then a traditional Circus performer would, however this is still only during cardfights. After a cardfight, she will generally still close up a bit, unless the fight was exceptional, or there are close friends nearby.
Vanguard is still a tool of confidence for her, pushing her past her normal limits in an effort to appeal to the crowd. The idea of teamwork has grown on her, particularly due the combo-reliant nature of Pale Moon. However, she also believes that certain people are on a different level, 'star performers', that a normal person can never reach. She does not however, regard herself as a star performer, seeing herself as someone who supports them.
Biography
(Only slight changes due to plot reason and newer stuff is mentioned)
After getting into vanguard due to Hana, she decided to pick the 'Pale Moon' clan, in order to get a different view on performences. Although striving to be an idol, she chose to understand the art of shows in a different manner through vanguard, to better herself.
She sharpened her knowledge of Vanguard, and opened up through various cardfights. Learning to talk to strangers through the Card Capital opening tournament was big for her, as were the strangers she ran into in her everyday life. Miyuki trained all night with Hana, the day before Nationals started for Hana, and greatly improved her skills as well.
Despite feeling a distance between herself and Hana due to Hana being victorious at the National tournament, she tried to close the distance. In her state of confusion, she had a cardfight with Yukino, which changed her. Although it may have just been a simple cardfight, she felt both free and at peace for the first time since Nationals, and realised that she should hold onto Vanguard even more.
She was busy during events that happened after that, and felt a sense of unease at the Park. For a second she felt that something was off, but brushed it aside. Being busier and busier due to Family issues and such, she has just recently gotten more time back to herself.
Part of this seemed to be due to the card 'Starlight Melody Tamer, Farah'. This card had affected her deeply, as it was a gift from her parents. The reveal had shocked her, as she didn't know that her parents had even heard of Vanguard. Something had seemed to flicker inside her when she received the card, an odd sensation which had never happened before. Regardless of what it was, it had spurred her on to help solve her family's issue, almost throwing away herself in the process. Despite it taking almost 2 whole months to solve, she came out of it slightly changed. Even though the card might mean nothing, she still holds it in high regard, and considers it a great help.
