The four factions needed to be cleared in order to get the restoration project under way. Isabella thought to herself how they could be located. Sending in more of her guards to try and find information would be hypcritical since she just ordered them to move out today. The best way to aplproach this would be with herself. She looked at the list, her eyes beginning to glimmer with stars.
She projected a view of the entire town for herself, mapping out all the nooks and crannies of Umano. She took note of the corners and possible areas which they could be hiding. That enough was able to give her information on possible bases. There was one in particular that she decided that she would take on herself just to get the trouble out of Hikaru's hands. She decided that she would spend her time tomorrow exploring these areas. Her powers would let her see more if she used it tomorrow morning as well, using sunlight.
"I think I found them. We would have to check around a few areas which are either hit or miss, but yup." She gave him a thumbs up. "Trust me on it!"

"Right forgot you didn't know. A year ago when I left to participate in the circuit I had unknowingly caused a power vacuum in the slums of the Umano sector. The other factions took notice and took advantage of my disappearance and attacked the Umano sector. It was only when I came back that we were able to strike back." Looking at the both of them he began to elaborate more.
"There are at least 11 underground factions at a time around this area. We are each given a different title with Underground in it. Anyway they attack cardshops in order amass a sum and advantage in this war. I'm sure you may have heard the recent incident at Card Capital."

"I heard your men talking about it, but no real details", Yugure responded while taking in information of the underground turf war. The Circuit didn't last long due to being cut short by Neu, but nobody here in Japan knew to expect that. It makes sense that rivals would take advantage of a prominent figure's absence. A sort of cowardly tactic, but one that did damage nevertheless. While she needed that favor, part of her duty as a soldier was to deal with cretins who disturb the peace. Thugs assaulting innocent card shops had to be dealt with.
"Do you mind if I assist?"
Fighting with cards or fighting with a sword, she'd give him a warrior who can do either.

Looking at Yugure's unique eyes, he could see the brilliant determination inside of them.
"We need all the help we can get. Welcome to the Dark Vigilantes as a temporary member. And Hana thank you. We'll start looking at those destinations tomorrow."

"Well, good luck."
Hana thought of maybe catching up with her sister, but with the way that she was, it didn't look like she was welcome to it. Inviting her feels like something that would just get instantly rejected right now. Really, the question is as to why she just had to up and disappear for a year... like it mattered. Hana's thought went along like this.
This is so annoying
Yukino said she would start acting like a sister
then shes just like this and gone
for a whole year like wow
a whole
year
gone
seriously why do I have to keep
suffering through her coming in and out of my life
not to mention forever living her shadow
why do I even forgive this person
saves everyone apparenty
but im just here kind of like. lost.
disliked being chosen sword
doesnt attempt to even get close to me
i have to do everything right
cause shes pushy on everything BUT being a good sister
alright goodbye
Hana sighed, "Hey Yukino want to--.." at first se was going to invite her out of havit, like she would invite her to go ahead play back when they were kids, but this Yukino just seemd like a brick wall. Staying around here was just a downer. She thought about heading back to her penthouse, but decided to stick around a little more to see if there was anything else important regarding the situation in Umano.

"Dark Vigilantes... Understood, I won't let you down", Yugure saluted her temporary commander. Mentally, she requested the Liberators go back to constructing plans for the future. Another squad would be used for any cardfights if necessary for the time being until the next rotation. Before asking her leading officer on what she could do, she turned to the princess that called out to her.
"Yes?" She asked, wanting to hear the end of that sentence.

Thos thoughts just kept returning to her head and she just stood there.
"...nothing." She answered.
A whole year, added with some months, or maybe hust whole time she's been alive. Its just stayed the same.
Hana turned away and started walking out the slums, she texted a driver to meet her and pick her up halfway. Thinking of Yukino just made her feel all sorts of things now, feeligs that her coping mechanism had been trying to keep from her, but now they were let loose. There was that time last year where she began to open herself up again to her sister just to be left to herself, there were times where she was pushed away by her despite her efforts, times where he had to give up her spotlight for her despite how much she desired it, and times where she just wanted a good sister to comfort her but instead she got-
something else. Whatever the hell it was.
As she slowly walked away she just cried. She just had to let it out. It was just uncontrollable and couldn't stop it. She hasn't cried this much since she was bullied by kids in preschool, or hurt herself while playing tag in the manor. It just hurt a lot, strange how she hadn't realized it til now. Isabella was good at hiding it.

Yugure watched her younger sister leave, feeling the urge to speak, but not coming up with any words. Maybe the woman had really plummeted when it came to human interaction. Still, she made another mental note to put time aside to talk to Hana at some point. After spending a long number of minutes in silence, standing in place, she went over to Hikaru.
"Orders?"

"I'll be frank, we're going to be in peril soon. I need an army - a massive amount of manpower to band together if we want to survive", Yugure didn't hesitate to tell the truth. Hopefully, the hidden praise for the Umano Slums was discovered in her asking them for help. This place homed what was defined as scumbags to the masses. People who stooped low into cheating, electronic torture... just barbaric means of playing the game. However, these people grew thick skin, they nurtured their own personal Vanguard, and show great amounts of underworld skill that shelter potential.
"It would be asking you to risk your lives. I couldn't request such a thing if I don't do the same for you, at the very least."

The world's going to be in danger again? He thought the five champions had manage to take out the threat along with the rest of Humanity. He needed to ask.
"Just what are we facing..."

"I... can't give you all the details... But it's something beyond comprehension - otherworldly."
That was the best way to describe it without saying what it is exactly, she thought.

"Alright if that's all you can give me, then I won't tell anyone about this threat." Obviously still shocked over the thought of a new threat coming to earth. He also suspects it might be cray related. He thought about the current level of the vigilantes, while they may be good they still have a long way to go. He believes that there's no more time. Its time to step up the training.
"With this new threat coming I have an order no, a favor to ask. I need you to help train the fighters here in order to combat this new force properly."

"Thank you, and gladly", she expressed her gratitude and accepted his request. As stated earlier, doing them favors in turn for them risking their lives was the least she could do. Along with Tsubasa, having Hikaru and his entire crew gave her a feeling of relief. There was some headway and leverage being made, so they wouldn't be a broken, confused mess when the threat actually arrived.
That said, the woman was a bit lost on how to train people. She became more soldier than cardfighter, so this may prove difficult. Yunos suggested letting him whip people into shape, and knowing the swordsman of darkness, he'd match the brutality of the underground. Fine, he could have his fun.

Eyelids slowly opened as he laid down on a single mat inside his bunker at the umano slums. Last night he and Yugure had put the slum fighters into work in preparation for the incoming invasion that is meant to happen. All we have to do is survive. He felt something in his hand.
"It's..it can't be" His eyes widen from shock. Bluish motes began to circle around him and converged to form Cosmo Lord.
"I Have Returned!"
Electricity sparked from his helmet as he appeared. A small tear trailed down on Hikaru's face as he couldn't believe what he is seeing and hearing. Crying wasn't his thing as he wiped the incoming tears from his face. He...came back.
"We are together once again, my vanguard."
Hikaru then nodded to his avatar..no family as he finally returned. Making this bond wasn't a mistake, it was fate. But for some reason Hikaru didn't feel right, rather a feeling of guilt rosed from the etches of his heart and mind.
"I can't fight with you Cosmo, I didn't get you back with my own strength. I Feel unworthy to be your vanguard." Looking at the side and not looking at Cosmo Lord.
"If it is so..until the day you feel worthy of using me again. I will stand by you to the end."
Cosmo Lord evaporates into blue motes and returns to the deck.
"When that day comes, i'll be waiting my friend."
