All the preparations had finally been completed. Every room was set up, all the tables in place, and training programs prepared. There were multiple floors to the new building. Most of the lower above-ground levels were filled with advanced cardfighting equipment based on Cero's time in the Slums, though with added holographic effects and significantly more safety features to prevent any actual damage occurring from the shocks. Also on these floors were observation areas to overlook the progress of the fighters. The basement floors contained more advanced fighting systems, similar to those used in the Regional and World tournaments, with audience areas set up around. The middle levels were mid-class living areas, and contained what was practically a restaurant for food. The highest floors were reserved for the elite of the training area, the students Cero took most pride in. The very top floor of the training area was Cero's personal home in Japan, and was fitted with everything he might need.
After checking every machine over to make sure it worked, Cero made the announcement that his new Training Area was now open. Returning to his floor, he wrote and sent out personal invitations to various Cardfighters he had met, including Yukino and Hana Espoir, Neu Edelweiss, Tsubasa Hayato, Jellal Kisaragi, and Neo Isamu.

Hikaru had dragged himself to the cardfight training area, having left the Oblivion their last night during his fight with him. When he had found the oblivion, to say the least he was not happy. The Oblivion was trashed, not to the extent of being unable to work but enough to piss off Hikaru.
"I'm going to skin that guy alive when I find him." Hikaru then went to inspect the Oblivion to check if he stole anything else from under the seat. He found one of his other deck boxes under the seat. His dimension police deck, despite not using it in a while he has modified it to keep up with the competition. he then looked at the lights and they were busted. The lights where going to be in the repairs for a bit but not to long.
He then scanned through the contenst of his deck to find Zero and Zeal and raised them in front of his face.
"Let's go save Cosmo Lord."

Shin'en heard about this Cardfight Training Center awhile back, and today it was opening. He remembered the time Tsubasa caught 'Blaster Dark' and the time he over heard someone talking about the missing clans. Right now thats just dirt under some building because that Construction Site is gone now and something better was here. He texted Kurai: R u coming to the new cta 2day? If so meet me at the gate.

Amon had received a text from Shin'en. The message was littered in casual slang dialogue, from what he could make out from it, the message was an indication to the former construction yard that had become a Vanguard Training Facility. He had already stored the Underground King's deck in a safe location, so any encounter with that individual would be meaningless. He began to walk to the Training Facility.
After fifteen minutes of walking, He found himself in-front of the gate, waiting for Shin'en.

Shin'en walked up to the gate looking for Kurai. He didnt see him so he called his phone. He heard a ringing sound, behind him was a pale guy with bright red eyes. The guy looked like a Vampire. He called Kurai's phone again, and again the guys phone rang. Shin'en said. " What are you dong with Kurai's phone?"

His mobile rang and was followed by a confrontation by Shin'en, demanding to know why he had the phone in the first place.
"This piece of technology belongs to me, the number is simply given out to those I deem worthy as ally's or informants. You fall under the first category.... Shin'en Kuraidesu."
Amon declared with slight irritation, his patients wore thin with the lad quickly. He cut to the chase quickly to avoid any further annoyance.
"What is it you want with Kurai?"
He implied.

Having received an invitation from the screamy guy, Isabella arrived at the fight area to check it out. The sun beamed down on her white hat, the light reflecting off of the colossal structure coated in class windows. Walking through the pathway and onto the main center, right on the front door of the building, she looked up at it once more. This construction site had been a place of numerous dangerous events from her, all starting with her fight against the guardian of the Zoo who had disappeared after her sister had done a fight against him in Umano. Then the other event was when she wasn't her, but this reportedly the place where she-
Isabella stopped herself from remembering. "I have to forgive, forgive and forget." She ran it over her head again like a magic spell. All around, even on the outside were Vanguard fighters. It as not a beautiful sight to behold, no longer just a poor assembly of steel beams, dust, and rocks. It had become something truly magnificent. Hopefully, this is a place where good memories are able to be made and will continue to be.
Being alone felt strange so she pulled out her phone and texted Harooka:
"Nyello, Good Aftermoon Harooka-san, want to explore the new Cardfight Training Area with meme?? Its where the construction site used to be
. ISA Hope :3c "

Sleep was nice. Haruka liked sleep. Being out late at dinner made him verrryyy sleeeppyyyy. Except when his phone ringtone is the sound of "DUN DUN DUNDUNNNN DUNDUNNN!!," as in the trumpets of King of Knights, Alfred, it's hard to sleep. He woke up to a text message from Hana... Wait what?
"yea sure. ill be over in like, 10 mins. -haru"
After a few minutes of rubbing his eyes and stretching, Haruka got dressed and went over to the old construction site, which wasn't under construction anymore. After two years of being built, it finally turned into a building of sorts. Er, it was big. And white. And shiny. The real question was, what is this place exactly? Haruka's question was answered by a sign near the front of the building.
"Cardfight... Training... Area?" Haruka was skeptical, mostly because it was owned by a certain somebody he wasn't exactly fond of, but it seemed pretty state of the art so he had no criticism.
Good stuff, Cero.
Haruka spent a good couple of minutes searching for Hana, which didn't take very long considering her hat nearly blinded him. The sun was out today making her hat the equivalent of a mirror when reflecting light. To be fair, his hair was doing nearly the same thing. No wonder people were shielding their eyes when he walked by. He thought it was sort of strange at first... well now he knew.
"Hanaaa!" Haruka called out, strolling over to her location.
"What are you doing here exactly? Shouldn't you be doing.. I don't know, er, more idol-esque stuff?"

The white hair was too strong, the boy must be solar powered at this rate. Isabella adjusted her hat in order the shield herself from walking solar panel.
"Idol-esque... ummm, yeah, but there are gaps in my schedule where I can roam around and do anything really." She explained to him, looking around at the fight tables. "This seems like its going to be a local attraction to its town. Like a Dis Meme Land, but for Vanguard I guess."
It was hard to think that the screamy guy owns this place. To be fair, it does look like a hospital and if it has medical facilities, then he might have been able to get help. Good for him! The idol moved over under a tree and sat down, removing her hat and placing it on her lap. A bunch of the fighters off to the side were already looking at her, but she turned away a little and they eventually averted their gaze.
"Hey, so like have you heard from Yukinee?"

Taking the opportunity to get out of the sun for a bit, Haruka followed and sat down next to her. Haruka could understand about gaps in schedule. Nobody could constantly be doing something forever and live. Except breathing. Which you sort of had to do all the time to live. Unless you take breathing breaks? Haruka was going to ask Hana if people ever took breathing breaks but then was instead given a question instead about Yukino. His expression turned a little sour, pulling up his knees and resting his chin on them.
"It's been a year since I've seen her. I've tried texting and calling but not much of a response back to be honest with you.. I thought since you were relatives maybe you'd know actually. I mean, your father and all is kind of really protective of his daughters, I thought maybe he'd know but I was always too afraid to ask."
Haruka admits it. He is totally a wimp. But at least he's a wimp that would admit he's a wimp and move past it for the greater good. He sulks for a moment, staring out at the people nearby playing Vanguard. There were fight tables outside too, but they probably weren't anything compared to whatever Cero had stored up inside the building. Haruka was almost intrigued for a moment, then immediately let down by the fact that seeing Cero might cause trouble for him psychologically. PTSD, man. Haruka just let it go altogether.

Noticing that he seemed down, she moved over closer to him and took his hands, clasping them together between hers. Then she moved them on a circular motion while chanting, "Feeeel bettter! One, two, three. Stand up!" The she quickly flicked him on the forehead. One of Isabella's idoru magic spells, that was it. He seemed distressed at the question, well in truth, she did too, but nobody really know what happened to Yukino so she had been worrying since its been so long. She gave Harooka a smile and stood up, elegantly spinning and putting her hat on.
"See in this situation in my animays, the guy would fall for the sister." She ran her hand across her hips, very slowly, her figure becoming apparent. "I've grown a lot haven't I?..." Isabella winked and posed with a peace sign, one that she has practiced a lot for photos. She took slow steps towards him and leaned forward, placing her hand on his lap. The breeze of the afternoon blew across the trees, cutting away all sounds and putting them both in their own little world. Her face was close to his, one that was known all across the world as one of beauty. A cute smile that perhaps Harooka would be able to see the other side of was so close to him now. Isabella didn't stop, she kept moving closer and closer.
"Gosh, I wish you were Mi-hime," she giggled after giving off a mischievous grin. She fixed her hat while straightening her posture again, "I've been practicing my acting and stuff, what do you think?"

Alexander had taken the time to explore the vast town, coming from the direction that lead towards Rijuku residential. He had a rather content look about him as his eyes darted around, spotting the shining building as excitement buffed within him. The air of vanguard games was fresh in the air, people of various ages and skill levels yelling out to their hearts content. Yelling was good when it was done in vanguard at the very least, this was his opinion on the matter.
Walking through the fighting areas he would notice two figures under a tree, besides the legions of scrubby players around him that is. Happily he would walk towards them, having recognized the platinum haired pal of his from Mike's away. No one could reflect light that well besides Haruka! "Haroooooookaaaaa" The young man yelled out as he was waving his arms in their direction in his approach, hoping for him to turn around and it not be awkward if it was someone else.

Haruka was... not able to think clearly. Whatever conscience he had a second ago had vacated the area, and was evicted by blank white space. Speaking of space, his was being clearly violated and all he could do was awkwardly sit there as heat rose to his face.
What... what is happening right now-
After what he felt like was someone breathing on his lips and something on his thigh, Haruka dove backwards, gracefully landing on his spine. He was now staring at tree leaves when he heard Hana say something about her acting. All he wanted to do was rest because at this point he wasn't sure he could take another torture session. First Tomo-Zo, now Hana? Clearly they're only teasing, but it gets to him a bit too much sometimes.
"Ye-Yeah Hana... Great acting." He rises up at the voice of a clear friend of his. Only one guy had such a foreign accent.
"H-Hey Alex-" Cough. Cough. "Sup'?" Haruka asked, brushing grass off of the back of his shirt. And leaves out of his hair. He could pass for a druid if he wanted right about now, as the red finally started to sort of drain from his cheeks. He still couldn't look at Hana anymore so he simply just avoided looking in her direction altogether.
Better be safe, than sorry. Psychologically speaking. Meltdowns are not cool.
