Darren took hold of his deck, standing on the side of the largest fight table in the facility. He knew she would be here soon. These fighters wouldn't be enough to hold her long. Even if she took their power away, he could restore it once this was done. A place like this where the strongest gathered was the perfect Hall of Justice for him.
"Come to me, Hana. A bit closer and you can know how it feels to hold the power that can save the world. Daiyusha is a true hero and knows how to battle alien invaders. If you stand in his path... you are an enemy of justice...

By the end of it all, her reinforcement's numbers had dwindled.
"Alpha, Beta. I'll trust these last two to you." She moved onward, her deck tightly in her grasp.
I swear, I'll get the rest back to us later. Should this plan work... we will.
"Roger, Ms. Espoir. Beta, these two are nothing to us."
"Copy Alpha, we will take them down with our strongest units.
"Stand up, Vanguard! Our starter, Pringal!" They both said in unison.
Hana's small steps suddenly accelerated into a dash as her heart beat faster in anticipation for the fight, her stride being stopped by a door which she opened and ran through, slamming it open and entering upon a room with a large fight table on it's center. She had reached the core of the Cardfight Training Area as well as her opponent.
"Darren!" She called out. "Time for round two..." Her deck was quickly placed onto the table as she took a deep breath. "Daiyusha, Darren, the true hero is the one that fights the minions, not the one who orders them around." She was hoping that a statement like that, outlining one of the biggest cliches between heroes and villains would act as a quick eye opener before the fight began.
"I'm ready."

Darren grinned as he saw his opponent appear. It seemed the legions of Reverse Fighters weren't enough to stop her. He expected this. he was hoping for it. But they had to have slowed her down, weakened her. He moved to his position at the Fight Table before he heard her words. His eyes widened at the thought. She was right... In all of his comics, the Hero was the one strong enough to battle hoards of opponents and the villain was the one who commanded them. Was Darren... the villain?
"My... my allies are not just minions to me... They are a power strong enough to defeat the invaders. You will see as well when you are among us. Our bond will be solidified in this battle!
As Darren readied his field and his hand, he thought to himself,
This time, show me which of us is right. Daiyusha cannot stop this battle, so let's see what is truly the way to save this world!
Stand up... Vanguard!!!

It was over.
The Bermuda Triangle were able to win against Reverse Daiyusha in the end after a grueling battle. Hana extended her hand out to him, taking deep breaths due to the aftermath as well as what it took to get to this point. With the main source of power removed from the vicinity, the black ring above began to slowly fade away. The Cardfight Training Area was almost reclaimed.
Almost.
There were still hordes of reversed fighters outside that she had only avoided. Many of those whom she faced were most likely freed from the spell, but still trapped within the confines of this place. She didn't hold anything against Darren, it was quite the opposite actually. Falling to this power meant that he had most likely learned something and had grown because of it. She had seen many other fighters gone through similar things. Plus, with Darren seemingly back to their side, they could possibly gain important information on the invaders.
"Have you found your true justice, Darobo?" She tilted her head, her hands still outstretched, offering him assistance. "Well, you'll have to go with me for after school clean up here."

Darren took the sixth damage. He had been defeated. The aura that had engulfed him and his deck flew up into the Black Ring above before it started to vanish. Darren's eyes widened, as if he heard something horrible before a sharp pain his his head.
AHH!!! NOT AGAIN!!
The pain felt the same as before, the same as the Reverse striking him, but this wasn't the same. Daiyusha had been allowed deeply into Darren's mind and heart, and he wasn't going to let the memory of this dissipate.
Moments after, the pain subsides. Darren fell to one knee. His eyes were almost blank. He stayed that way for moments, seconds that felt like minutes. All as he contemplated his thoughts.
"....he lied to me..."
Darren finally said. He stood up on his own, not taking Hana's hand. It wasn't out of pride but more out of shame. He didn't deserve to take her hand.
"All of these fighters... they were being controlled. I wasn't, so I was told that they would be the same. I was such an idiot... and I tried to hurt you because of it... Because of... Daiyusha..."
The Reverse units remained there, but they had changed into Ultimate Dimensional Robo, Great Daiyusha. He looked at the units, almost prepared to rip them apart. Then he remembered Goeagle. Goeagle was like an upgraded form of the Enigman units, the units that taught him this game. Daiyusha made him destroy those units without a second thought. He wouldn't do it twice.
Darren moved the units into a deck box, not his main deckbox but the second one he carried.
"Daiyusha is no hero. He lied to me to get me to give him Reverse fighters. Fighters who were always meant to destroy the world! He lied!! Even if he was being controlled, there's no way that would ever...
Darren sighed lightly, lifting up his deck as he said...
"Hana, I'll apologize later... We have some cleanup to do before I have time to feel sorry about myself."

She took back her hand and shrugged it off, having a sigh of relief that at least he was back to normal. At least as close to normal as can be in this situation. Noel and Rosalia had fallen asleep based on what she saw with her power, things here got wrapped up a little late. It seems that Yukino and Tsubasa were still awake so she decided to send the message to them.
There seemed to be a feeling within Darobo that gave him a strong emotion towards Daiyusha. Hana understood, it was what caused him pain. She could relate to how she felt about Reit, and Vert... even Nociel and Pacifica back then when they gave her nothing but bad memories.
"Well, if there's one thing I learned, the real avatar is the one that sticks with you anyways even though you stray away from them. Well not really much a need to apologize, but do so if you must."
"Yes. Avatar caados." Meer whispered to her.
She recalled seeing Daikaiser during the end of their fight, he held it in his hand and according to Daiyusha it was something that he refused to remove from his deck. It was also the unit that she knew him for, mainly due to the combinations that he pulled from it, always keeping matches close as a result. "Well, if you try to take back your relationship with a certain unit... maybe Daikaiser, and it accepts.. then that's the right way to go. It's between you and your cards really." Hana walked off through the pathway from which she came from. Alpha and Beta were sitting down and breathing heavily, the two fighters across from them defeated.
Continuing onwards are those left over whom are reverse. Hana prepared herself for a few more fights. "Alright, let's do that clean up!"

Darren nodded as he understood what she meant. Now more than ever did he understand. He had spoken to a unit and it led him onto the wrong path, but he never once lost faith in his favorite unit, Daikaiser. Something about it was something he couldn't pull himself away from, and now he felt like that wasn't a bad thing at all.
Darren took some units from the deck box and changed his deck right there. It happened within moments, like he knew ahead of time what it was he wanted to do with it. He gave another sigh. He would have to live with what he did, probably more than anyone else involved in this as he did it all of his own accord, but now he had to start making up for it.
Now is the best time to remake yourself...
a voice said in his head. His eyes widened from it, but then he simply gave a grin.
"This might take a while,"
Darren said, sounding more like himself now.
"Guess this'll be that bonding time you said the club needs."
The doors around them started to open, the Reverse fighters beginning to flood the fight area. It didn't matter to Darren though. He would fight and he would do everything he could to make amends to all of these people, as well as himself.
"Better get started!"

Without the main energy source and the black ring above the area gone, the fighters were going down in numbers faster than usual. Not only that, but the ones whom were freed from the spell joined the fight as well, leaving her efforts to be able to be minimized, and eventually, she was standing in a building full of reborn fighters, eager to use the facility for what it truly is.
"...to get strength with your own effort and hard work." She smiled as she announced to the group. "We've all been freed from the spell here."
She met with them, not as an idol, but a fellow fighter, also hoping that Darobo would be able to see it as well, the resource that this place could provide for him to start anew and also gain a level of strength that he wished to reach. "Thanks everyone, for all your hard work."
If there was hope, then this was it. A place cleared from the grasp of the invaders, a place where the fighters have rejected the false strength to gain their own. There was a glimmer among the darkness of this battle. Hana turned over to Darren at the end of it and asked him, "So, what's your plan for now? I have to go meet up with a few of the other club members to check on them for tonight."

Darren was panting as the fights ended. He was able to win all of his battles, no more than anyone else, but he felt like something in his deck was missing. It was a feeling he'd had for sometime, but now he could put a voice to it. Something was calling him, asking for his help to do something.
All of the people here seemed like they would protect this place. It was Cero's place and Darren tried to take it over. He couldn't really forgive himself for that. Still, they were able to keep it safe for now. The invaders wouldn't be able to simply return.
To her question, Darren turned to her and said,
"Text me an address to meet up with you guys. There's something I still need to do here. There's something that is just barely out of reach, but with the equipment here I can do it. Right now this might be the safest place for me until I'm done."
Before she had a chance to leave, there was one other thing he needed to say to her.
"I'm sorry Hana... I know you don't blame me for what happened but that isn't what I'm apologizing for. You mentioned the power of bonds before and I let Daiyusha tell me that I didn't have any. If I went home tonight there'd be no one there waiting for me. I don't have anyone to call or talk to about all of this. He said that he was all I had so I needed to listen to him. I'm... sorry that I actually believed that. Even if you are some princess or an idol, you're still my friend. And that's something I do have.

"I mean I had everything, but hey I always felt alone. It just takes one person to have all the loneliness go away." She turned away and walked towards the door since she also had to send off the workers whom she brought with her. "If you feel that you need to do something here then feel free to do so. Even here you're not alone. You're surrounded by these other fighters as well. Plus, the Cardfight Club will be all together and ready for you to return to once this is all over." She waved at him before the front doors to the area closed.
After turning away she looked back up at the building to confirm that the black ring was gone. With a grin, she hopped into her car and let Mr. Tokyo Drift take the wheel. The other workers were sent back home, mostly unhurt and unscathed as well.

Darren nodded to her, knowing she was right. Just because she had so much doesn't mean she never felt lonely herself. He saw her exit before he turned. The Cardfight Club was waiting, but that man that defeated him... the one with the red blade... He wished now he had seen his face but it was covered the entire time. All he knew was that he was powerful.
He looked at his avatar, Super Dimensional Robo, Daikaiser. He smiled lightly and said,
"Now you said you wanted an upgrade. I think this is the best place to gather the parts."
Darren has accepted Daikaiser and the Dimensional Robo had accepted him as well. However, to unlock his more powerful form would take something more than a connection. It wasn't even something Darren needed. Daikaiser didn't feel ready. Well, this was a strengthening facility. Who's to say it can't also strengthen a unit?

Working throughout the night and into the morning through enhancing and simulated fights for testing, Darren had finally finished what he had set out to do. He held up the deck and smiled as he felt like he had finally found what he had been looking for all this time.
That took longer than it should have.
"At least its done. Anyway, now we meet up with the others."
Even though Darren said that, if he just went walking he would probably have to deal with Reverse Fighters along the way. Even though he COULD do that, he would prefer not to. He decided to check the garage of this facility to see if he could find something to take him there. When he arrived he didn't see many things he could take. Some cars, a motorcycle here and there, and.... a horse? Why would someone ride a horse here?
"I wanna ride that horse..."
You're not going to ride that horse.
"I'm going to ride that horse."
Are you actually going to try to ride that horse?
Darren went up to the horse, his hand moving towards it as it immediately rejected him, almost biting his hand off. Obviously he wasn't going to ride that horse. He backed away and looked around more, his hopes dashed until he saw a bicycle. At least it was something he could ride. Darren got onto the bicycle as it wasn't chained down. He would have to give it back later but he could just park it where it was. With the city being overrun by Reverse Fighters, no one would worry about a bike until it was over, right? Shaking his head at the though, Darren rode out from the garage to meet with the others.

Yugure entered the area of the Training Facility. A group welcomed her back, but it was obvious she wasn't happy. They screwed up - Cero's trainees and her own men. The woman didn't reprimand anyone, yet, it was clear the situation was likely grave. Demanding reports, several researchers led their queen in. They spoke of a boy named Darren, Cero's stand and retreat, and finally, the tale of how Hana unreversed them after handling Darren. That same man assisted the princess, but also did the takeover. A majority didn't remember these events themselves, however, with their technological prowess, events were recorded and energy fluctuations were listed. Unfortunately, at the time, the cameras were out, so they were unable to get exact videos of their influenced states.
"Anything else?"
"Uh..." One of the head researchers twiddled his thumbs. Yugure gave him a menacing look, arms folded, sleeves clutched, and a threatening scowl. This was bad news, and there would be heads rolling if it was sugarcoated or covered up. "While some of us were reversed... we... deleted some of our own data."
Of course.
The invaders were likely the cause, leading humanity to take countermeasures against themselves. There was more nervous sweating when they mentioned it couldn't be recovered. With a sigh, the queen said they'll just have to work with what they have, create notes based off of memory, and replace it. Dismissing them, Yugure began looking over records of yesterday's ordeal herself. Speaking with Darren, along with getting a report of the experience from Hana were both deemed necessary.
"The Training Facility will be our headquarters in fighting against the invaders."
Was sent to everyone listed under the Cardfight Club.

"I had a feeling that place would be important. I got good use out of it. Glad Hana and me cleared it out. Wait... does that mean I have to go back now?

After dealing with Mom-san's eternal conflict with her avatar, Hana decided to head on back to the training facility to meet up with Yukino. It was as she remembered it for the most part, not under the control of the invaders.
Actually, that was all that mattered.
According to the text, this would be the base of operations. Whether Cero agreed to this or not, plus the fact on his whereabouts lay a mystery to her at the current moment. Finding Yukino despite the large size of the facility wasn't that hard. White hair, eye scar, two basic things to go off of, but many recognized who she was talking about and pointed her in the right direction.
She saw Yukino.. looking over the data? Well..
While a good deal of fights were not recorded due to what she had to do in order to keep herself mostly hidden during her second visit, the cameras should be operational during her first one, and any time prior to it should be available unless that was tampered with. Though, there is something important the should be recorded.
"Looking through files? Mmmm, Darren and I fought on an actual facility fight table, the most advanced one here actually, so everything should be recorded when it comes to that. Also, hello." She waved.
