"Call it a trip down memory lane?" Haruka gave a weak smile. His fatigue was mostly cured by a night spent and several cups of coffee.

"I was actually wondering if you wanted to fight me? You still have your fight table?" Haruka was really eager, as he already had his deck out and grinning. He wanted to see Dragonic Kaiser Vermilion in action with his own eyes. After all, he is often described as Overlord's successor, it's only fair Haruka get to see how his old Vanguard had done.

"So, a fight?"

Seraphim's grip had loosened on Haruka's heart for an instant. This allowed Haruka enough time to get a real fight in, and to let his true flames burn.

NeoBuster:
Haruka asking Neo to cardfight made his blood boil.

"Alright then you got a deal" Neo said

Neo then took out his cardfight table and put down his starter ready to fight!

Jello:
This was a fight Haruka craved. It was more than intense. The winds of the world raced in circles around the fighters.

Despite Haruka missing his Vortimer-Duke Ride Chain, he managed to make it work through Conviction Dragon, Chromejailer Dragon. With his Persona Blast superior call, he managed to get a copy of Raging-Storm, a card that allowed him to move the missing Grade 2 into the soul, and then re-riding Spectral Duke with his full power at his heels.

However, during the fight, Haruka noticed something. The wind from Neo was similar to his own. Instead of a wave of heat, turning everything to ash, it was a powerful gale that blew with a symphony of thunder and lightning, striking down it's opponents.

Upon even Vermilion being ridden, Haruka had to take a breather. The card reminded him so much of his glorious Overlord that he missed so much.

The fight ended with a twin drive check of a critical and a draw. The advantage Haruka manged to create was immense, giving him a gradually increasing lead from the third or so turn, despite the retiring power of Narukami and it's ace, Dragonic Kaiser Vermilion.

After the fight.

"Neo, remember my request from earlier? I need your help. And you're probably not gonna believe this. But there are a lot of people who need it..." Haruka's powerful grin vanished into thin air, bringing about an air of seriousness. This was a topic he believed Neo was ready to know.

NeoBuster:
"Yes I remember" Neo replied

And I have a feeling I know what you are about to ask" Neo said

Hes about to ask for help about the missing clans" Neo thought to himself

On my way home from Card Capital I passed by the Construction Site. I saw two strangers talking but didnt engage. As kept walking I overheard something about Vanguard. I stopped, looked, and just kept walking, then I quickly turned around and hid behind a bulldozer..Listening...
