Noah takes a deep sigh and thinks to himself, I think I understand what happened now, assuming these people are telling the truth. Noah then looks towards Neu.

Noah: So you're saying that there were some extremely powerful clans, and that an entity sealed them away, and now you have control over them. This means that without those extremely powerful clans, a sense of equality is reached, no?

"It won't happen again, Neu!" Jellal said while reaching into his pocket and pulling out his deck of cards. His avatar, Maelstrom, appeared before the crew in the palm of Jellal's hands. The wind picked up, blowing through his blonde hair, and his eyes grew, flickering from skyblue to cyan faintly.

"If you recall, you helped me returned Aqua Force, the clan that called out to me. With their return, all order shall be restored throughout Cray. That being said, I don't think it's right for you to keep those clans locked up." Jellal's blue eyes shimmered for a bit.

"As you said, it's true that Vanguard has been fun for me, because I now have a clan of my own to use and one that I deeply care for at that. But when I think back to the many people I've come across and met, and to see them hurt because their original clans were taken away from them: How do you even begin to call that united when there are some locked away!?"

"Aqua Force...." Neo thought to himself.

Neo remembers Neu talking about Aqua Force a few times. But now Neo saw it with his own 2 eyes.

"Another clan that brings a storm into the battlefield" Neo said

Jellal, like everyone else I understand your frustration. But you need to understand that the clans being locked was to help bring peace and end the way. Plus Neu wants everyone happy. I understand it. Other people understand it and so should you" Neo replied as he felt Vermillions power react to Maelstrom.

Upon releasing the Aqua Force, Jellal made a gust of wind blow, but with a snap of her finger, Neu made it stop. She sighed a little, "oh man too srs for me..."

"The ones that are locked away were the ones that interrupted the peace in the first place. To ruin the peace and balance of two worlds to make your three friends happy is illogical an selfish is it not?..." Neu shrugged and began to walk off. "We should fight sometime though, fighting Aqua Force seems like a lot of fun."

[Helios]

"In all honesty, I agree with Jellal. Releasing Kagero may bring me closer to the tragedy that happened to my dad. Im sorry to say this to you all, but not really, you hopes will be destroyed because I will stop at no cost to keep these clans sealed any longer," Hazama says to the group of people who are trying to oppose his plans.

[Grimm]

Noah leaves without saying another word.
"I think I understand what happened here. One thing is for sure though, I need to keep my guard up." Noah thought to himself.

[Kisaragi Zane]

"Maybe she's right.." Jellal slowly began to think to himself.

"Royal Paladins and Shadow Paladins have always been at odds at each other. But even so..." he envisioned back to his fight with Yukino, seeing the legendary Majesty Lord Blaster: harnessing the power of both light and darkness to fight against all those who threatened the sanctuary. "They've come together before... and I have faith they'll do it again but... maybe..." Jellal's will started to waver, crumbling down. "Maybe.. Neu's right..."

"Do NOT give in!"

Jellal's eyes opened wide as he heard it. An empowering voice from who knows where. He looked around, slowly bringing his deck forward in front of him only to realize it. He felt his avatar: Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom, staring him. It was then, Jellal knew. He looked back up at Neu with the same empowering glare as his avatar.

"And who are you to punish those clans?" he said with a voice filled with confidence. "I'm sorry but I can't stand by and let you make decisions that you seem is fit for the Planet Cray or for Earth. So with that said." He held his Aqua Force in front of the crowd while standing beside Satoshi and all else who rallied behind his ideals.

"My Aqua Force exist to restore order. If that means to unseal those clans to make countless of other fighters happy, then so be it! All those who stand in my way are deemed as my enemy!" The voice echoed into the hearts and souls with the weight of a storm for this, was his first mission as the Aqua Force's chosen fighter.

"Did his... personality just change?.." Neo said to himself

Neo wasnt sure how to think of this, he went from agreeing to Neu to fighting it.

"Well then" Neo started to say, "Jellal if you want to try to unseal the clans, you will have to go through me first" Neo said staring down Jellal.

[Grimm]

Noah hears Zane's shouting and turns around to face him.

Noah: "That's not Aqua Force's objective, Aqua Force seeks to create a world ruled by our order and justice, not to make people happy."

[Kisaragi Zane]

Jellal turns to Noah, acknowledging his opinion.

"You're right, it isn't to make people happy. But those clans that are sealed, are being kept sealed by one person who acted upon their own opinions. Cray maybe at 'peace' but I can't sit back and watch as 3 clans are suffering, for to ignore them and denying their freedom would go against the order that I've sworn to protect."

"And I'll be happy to take down as many people as I need to free those clans and set everything right!"

Neo started to get angry and walked up to Jellal.

Then I challege you to a cardfight! Lets see how strong Aqua Force really is!" Neo said

Neo then took put his portable cardfight table, waiting for Jellal's responce.

Noah: "That isn't the order Aqua Force believes in....."

Noah takes out his deck.

[Hope]

"So you tell me you won't allow for the clans to be sealed because of their suffering or just on person to make the decision, but here you are, one person, trying to dictate the definition of order in the midst of peace." Neu shrugged her shoulders and leaned on lampost. "And how are you dictating it? Acting like a barbarian and asking others to fight you so that you can make people cower in fear due to your strength so that you may create your own definition of order. And maaan you don't want to make people happy? That sounds like a boing ole dictatoship oh jeez.." Neu sighs.

"That's how it is with the strong, they just go ahead and make the rules for  everything which ruins the fun. I swear to RNGesus, you're talking about ONE clan's ideals versus mine which is that of many so I'm like bruh."

Neu upon seeing that a fight was a pout to begin had no reason to stop them. She would be able to learn more from a watching a fight anyways. "Sure, let's all have fun!" She exclaimed excitedly.
 

[Kuro]

The arguing was intense, and Haruki knew that something had to be done between these people to calm the situation. The young man of justice was about to intervene, but his justice senses were tingling and stopped him. Haruki turned and saw in the a woman in the distance getting her purse stolen by a man in a ski mask. He had to act fast or the man would get away with his act of injustice. He ran away from the group in a full sprint towards the evil-doer.

As he ran past the woman who had just been robbed, he called out to her. "I'll get that thief alright! Call the police so he can be brought to justice!"

Haruki continued in his pursuit of the purse-snatcher, taking a quick glance behind to see the woman already on the phone. He could see the thief more clearly as he caught up to him. Soon enough, Haruki reached the man and tackled him to the ground. He grabbed some rope from his bag that he'd intended to use for hanging his hammock, and tied up the man.

"You should be ashamed for trying to steal from someone. The authorities are already on their way." The young man of justice confidently picked up the purse from the thief, but as he looked around him, he realized he didn't remember which place he came from as darkness filled the park.

"Hm," he thought to himself, and placed the purse on a bench, with the robber underneath it. "Probably best to leave these here for the police to handle. Looks like my work here is done."

Haruki took his bag and walked off into the dark of night, leaving the man to his awaiting punishment. He wandered through the darkness on his way home, to get some rest like he'd originally intended to do at the park.

The date between Tsubasa and Neu was eventful to say the least, they both had fun and enjoyed the company of one another, regardless of how dire the situation is for the both of them. Tsubasa heads to the park to get some peace under the moonlight, but is surprised when he finds a rather unusual gathering of people...

"...Neo...Neu...Hazama...Satoshi...just what is happening here..." he thought, as he began to approach the scene.

"....Jellal...so that's what his name is...odd the wind is blowing strongly at this are of the park mostly..." his thoughts are interrupted as he notices the clan he is using. "...Aqua Force...just what kind of clan is this..."
