Battle area > Grade System Event Version 2
(GS3) Field: Regional Hall
Cipher Izanagi:
Seifer glanced over at Haruka who stood beside him in the same manner he was standing. Good show, they really looked like the Revengers they were cosplaying. "Ten out of ten yeah? It's funny. Looks right on us." he laughed before glancing over at his sister. Actually this grouping of Paladin cosplays felt... Familiar. Like he'd done this before. Was it just his imagination? Oh well. In any case the loud mouth laughing man from before had challenged someone... anyone it seemed... to a cardfight. Seifer himself wasn't interested, and he had been creeping on Noel kind of but... Oh well.
Hope:
"The concert will be starting in 15 minutes." An announcement rang across the hall.
It was just a notice, not that the attendees had to do much of anything, but stand there an do their thing since the stage would be visible from anywhere in the hall.
Isabella wore a half black and half white Reit costume. She was looking like MonoPuma from Rangan Donpa, but she thought it looked really nice. Pig tails are great.
Spectre Diamond:
He knew he was late for the cultural festival. There were a few things he had to take care of involving the underground and it took longer then he expected. Traffic was even worse when he left for the regional hall. When he arrived he hastily parked the Oblivion at the car park and quickly went to the back room to pick out a costume.
Hikaru had picked out the Original Saver, Zero costume. Minus the tight shirt, it seemed to be accurate. Even the sword comes with the costume. He had to admit he looked good with this and he's loving the silky cape. Fit for a king.
He went to the cafe section of the regional to find the others and he sees a man he never met challenging one of them to a cardfight.
Cece Lockhart:
Noel suddenly started to yawn. She didn't realize how late it got. Order after order after order made time fly by so fast. The after hour cardfights gave the night a nice little finish since they were exciting to watch. Haruka and Seifer matched so well that they actually look like the real deal. All what was left was for someone to cosplay as Dorint and the "free" break ride combo into Blaster Dark in front or behind of a Dorint would of been reenacted in cosplay form. Days like these are priceless. Being together with friends, working together and finally sharing some relaxing moments after a good day of work is what makes the "normal" life worth living in. No way would this type of thing would ever happened if she were to stay home or be sent to a high end school that only cared about strict studying.
The Ashlei cosplayer had a warm smile with a small tear going down her face since. No matter how many times I think about it or say it to myself, I wish this can last forever...
Her dreams were more vivid then ever lately which scared her and felt that this peace and scene of all her friends together having fun could be at risk. Noel has no clue why but it's a strange feeling that she can't shake off. For now, she just wants to focus on what is happening in front of her, and that is a peaceful time right now. That was when Noel started thinking about all her cardfights with everyone thus far and realized something, she has yet to cardfight Hana and Tsubasa. Seeing as Hana is the National Champion, Noel wants to save her for last so she pulls out her phone and sends Tsubasa a text.
"I realized we never had that cardfight. We were probably busy lately but I don't want that as an excuse anymore, let's have a cardfight tomorrow. I am curious as to what is your clan and how strong I am compared to you."
Strength. Deep down, that was still Noel's ambition. A hunger for power that she inherited from her father. When used correctly, the desire for strength can benefit those you care about but when used for self pleasure, that is when you get people like Noel's father. A ruthless and merciless person who only cares about themselves, thinks weakness is a sin, and will step on those who are weaker. That is something Noel doesn't want to become no matter what.
As the night comes to a close, Noel says good bye to everyone and goes back to her hotel room so she can have a good rest for the next day ahead of her. That was, however, until the guy who laughed at Seifer came up out of nowhere and challenge anyone from the Cardfight Club into a cardfight. This was her chance to find out why he was staring at her. "Seems like I will then, I noticed you staring at me during the day so I want to know why." She pulled out her deck, ready to cardfight.

Jello:
Haruka greeted Hikaru as well. The Underground King must be having a field day in costume at a Vanguard Cafe.
"Hikaru, what's up man! Glad to have you here. A little late, sure, but it's good to have you." Haruka maintained his position as Blaster Dark Revenger, but something felt weird to him.
Right. Something felt right. He never really used Shadow Paladin before, aside from that one fight, but he seemed to have found himself with a small connection to them, just like the one he had established to Overlord. Luckily he couldn't hear them. Raging Form would probably just scream a lot since he lost his mind. Not too fun.
Haruka slightly twisted the sword on the ground, as if to open a rift and allow a unit to be sent to Hades. It was a subtle, but he was amused by it nonetheless.
"Hmm? Oh, a challenge?" Haruka contemplated accepting it himself, but he'd have to borrow Seifer's deck again for the whole bit. And to be honest, he wasn't exactly ready to fight Cero at the moment. That'd be a lot of yelling and Haruka had already been dealing with a noisy cafe since earlier in the morning. Plus, a concert was happening soon, and there was no way he intended to miss that. He already was hype for that.
Just kidding, Noel accepted that fight. Haruka turned to Seifer to compliment his getup once more.
"Man you look way too realistic. Even the eyes are..." Haruka's smile turned to a dull, vacant expression. Now he REALLY looked like Blaster Dark. The thing with costume production of this scale is contacts are a no-no, since it isn't a choreographed event or anything and doesn't allow trained professionals or anything, so you can't use lenses from a company. And as far as Haruka knew, Seifer didn't wear contacts.
"Seifer... you okay, man?" Haruka grabbed his shoulder, turning him away from everybody and spoke to him.
"Your. Uhm. Eyes."
