(GS3) Field: Hotel
Spectre Diamond:
Tossing and turning in his sleep, Hikaru was sweating bullets which soaked his pillow and bed. The discarded blanket was since abandoned on the floor as the heat was getting to him.
Black and gray images kept buzzing into his dream. He heard screams all around him as life was crumbling before him, blood oozed out of the bodies of the victims and anguished faces of horror filled the screen. The survivors were wailing in despair. Hikaru then saw a lone figure at the distance who stood in front of the large wall of fire with a giant monster in the flames. When he looked to see who it was, his skin went pale, his eyes widen from the shock and his blood went to absolute zero.
The figure....it was....him. Then the large monster turned to him as it fired a blast of concentrated light towards him.
"AHHHHH" Flinging himself up from the intensity of the nightmare. Cold sweat dripped down from his face as it landed on the palm of his hands. Breathing heavily from the dream he just exprienced and began to calm down when he realized were he was. He looked at the window to see that it was day time. He grabbed his deck from the night stand and began to search for the Cosmo lord.
"Ever since I've gotten you, I have been having these weird dreams lately. They felt so real. Just...what the hell is going on." He leaped out of his bed to head to the bathroom. Maybe i'll visit the park to clear my head.
NeoBuster:
Neo had lost the second round of the Circuit to Yukino and her Gold Paladins. Neo gave Yukino a handshake and then waved the crowd one last time and headed to his hotel room. He threw his bag and deck on the floor, flopped down and put his head on the pillow.
"I had fun.. But I wish you both were there.." Neo said
Neo shed some tears thinking about his parents. THen picked up his deck and put it on the desk falling asleep.
Lance Korilum:
After his defeat at the hands of Satoshi, Cero locked himself in his hotel room for several days. To others, it probably seemed like he was simply frustrated from his loss. Although this was part of the reason, it wasn't the whole truth. The entire time he was awake in their, once again forgetting to eat, he was thinking, practicing, going through his deck, doing everything he could to figure out the reasons behind his repeated losses... Over and over, card by card, play by play, thought by thought, moment by moment... Whenever an important fight came, it was as if his deck abandoned him... Just like those months ago... He came to the realization that he couldn't rely on his deck. He had to rely on his own power... And, of course, Vermillion's power. The power of others, and of bonds, was completely lost upon him. All he could believe in, all he could rely on, was himself.
"I swear to myself and to this world that I will reach the highest level, no matter the sacrifice..."
With this, Cero locked himself to a path of solitude with no friends or allies, aimed to the very top of the world. No one else would interfere or join him. This was something he thought could only be achieved alone.
Hope:
Neu sat inside her room which wasn't actually her room. It was more like, the door was locked as the room belonged to no one so she used the rift to just warp herself inside. She laid on her bed and closed her eyes. New York brought back tons of memories for her as this was a frequent stage for the National Tournament. Here, she a prominent figure in terms of Cardfighting, many know of her, she is their champion after all. Over the course of the few days she's met the various national competitors that she had gone up against in her time, all of which looking at her strangely, her new appearance making them thing she's become a lunatic. They were all pretty old now, they competed against her when she was back in middle school but like they used to, they still scoffed at her and looked down on her, treating her like she the kid that she once was. She tossed and turned on her bed, remembering the verbal and sometimes physical assault that she had to take because of how young and weak she was when she competed for the title of the national champion. It came to her mind that her kind of Vanguard would put an end to this. That was her whole purpose all along wasn't it? Encountering those kind of people again, she began to lose hope.
Be the Messiah, take things into your own hands! Just. Screw everyone else, they need you to lead them!
Tossing and turning more intensely now, she closed her eyes even tighter, the voice on the back of her head turned into a scream which seemingly echoed across the entire room. The War of Liberation would decide who is the strongest in Cray, the ones who would lead them and unseal the clans.
Everyone's Vanguard is corrupted, there is no hope left in this world. If you defeat the strongest of Cray, you will be able to show the world YOUR Vanguard, the one that will bring about salvation. Take the power for yourself, and show them a world of peace and happiness under your control.
She sighed. She just stopped thinking.
"I need to get some fresh air." Taking a deep breath, she headed outside the hotel to sit and relax for awhile.
NeoBuster:
After falling asleep for about a few hours, Neo decided to go out and get some fresh air. While in the elevator to go down to the main lobby, Neo started thinking to himself:
People like Tsubasa and Yukino have there evolutions.. So why dont I have mine yet?" Neo asked himself
Neo then reached the front of the hotel and noticed Neu there.
"Hey Neu" Neo said to her
