What is a field?A field is an area where events between characters or even individual characters may happen. As replies to these posts, characters may chronicle events that transpire between each other which would often be as a result of or due to a Cardfight. Field events are great ways to develop characters as well as character relationships. Field events, for example, could include a Cardfight as part of a rivalry between two individuals. It can be something as simple as a simple outing or meeting that then leads to a game of Vanguard. Or something that would greatly move the plot, a fight between someone of the heroic affinity and someone of the villainous affinity.

Remember, Cray is looking for the best of the best to be a leader. This does not mean that the leader has to be filled with good intentions, its anyone who the cards seem to decide is fit. Heroes can do as much as they can, but without villains pushing the story forward with their schemes, there isn't much to save. So if you are on the villainous side, use these areas to move along with your plots and schemes. You may ask others to come and roleplay with you and anyone can post in these areas, there is no limit other than that of being logical and simply just being respectful to your fellow fighters.

Any character that you interact with during field events may get affinity +1 or -1 with you.
Certain fields may have special events and things happening there in order to start up some action.

Post events that transpire below based on you character's own perspective, and just have fun with it!
Good luck!

Kuro:
After departing from the airport and checking in at the hotel, Haruki decided to see the sights of New York. One of the places he wanted to go to was Central Park because it sounded like a fun spot to have a good time before the first round of the World Circuit began. Upon arrival, he realized that the park was massive, way bigger than Rijuku back at home. He found a minimap of the area and sat on a bench in the area, looking for the great spots in the park.

Nobody:
Upon leaving the Hotel, Shiki asked around for some sort of guide, and upon acquiring one departed on a trip along the Central Park, he wasn't really interested in any of this and the trip was rather boring. He shrugged off every "attraction", but it was something to do since there was nothing to watch, nothing to read, nobody to really meet. Atleast he has completely no luck in coming across any other parcipants for this event. Not even his opponent, whoever that person is.

Jello:
He had gotten Satoshi's text, yet he was already out the door.

"sleep well, buddy -haru"

Haruka learned a decent amount of English from his aunt, who actually was born in America and lived in California for years. A lot of the stuff he learned was basic, but he even picked up a decent amount of complex words and signals. Navigating the city was mostly a breeze, thing is, the airhead that is Haruka Nakahara ended up reading the map upside down. He got where he was going, only several hours after he should've.

After appearing at the rather... really freaking huge place that Americans called a "park", he proceeded to find a bench. A special bench. It would be his bench and that would be where he stargazed for the next two days, because without the standard park stargazing bench, Haruka felt a bit incomplete. He cracked open a second soda he grabbed from the vending machine at the hotel and sipped.

Fizzzzzzzle.

It made a nice sound, and the first sip was always the best. He stared at clouds, awaiting for the sun to go down. He couldn't really stay in the hotel with so much hype for the tournament. However, with knowledge of his opponent, he was already dissatisfied. He liked flashy fights, so having the first round be something of a main event for him was a bit of a letdown, having to fight Yukino. It made the soda taste a bit worse all of a sudden.

"Well.. eh, we'll make it good anyhow."

Sip. Sip.

Nobody:
The tour went on and on with seemingly no end, every attraction was basically a regular building or something and they all seemed pretty normal despite being called "attractions", he got really sick of it and probably did the biggest mistake of his life that he'd regret forever, he went away from the tour on his own. This meant that he'd probably get lost and never be seen by a single man ever again.

But to his luck, he found his way back to the park, although it was a different part of it but maybe it was for the better? He came across a bench, like noone other as it was occupied by the person that saved his life from the fate of being stuck on top of a bush. But he wouldn't really know it, afterall he never really paid attention to that person. He was also part of this event so there was that. He sat next to him, exhausted from all the walking hoping that the man would strike a conversation with him or something.
