Crystalia:
Miyuki woke at the sound of someone falling into the door. She stared, surprised for a second, then saw Hana walk in, looking really tired.
"Hiii Hana, are you ok? You look really tired, what have you been doing?"
She tried to get up to help Hana, but felt her body protest at her attempt, and fell back onto the bed.
Hope:
"I'm alright..."
She felt pain all over her body, and her eyes weren't feeling that great either. All she could do was crawl up the bed and lay beside Mi-hime, putting her arm over and giving her the closest thing to a hug that she could while also laying down. Seeing Mi-hime's attempts to help her had her tighten the grip by a bit, possibly due to her guilt still being present.
"I've been doing a lot of idol rehearsals... Very tiring haha! Though, holding you like this is like the best cure ..."
Crystalia:
"Are you sure you are ok? Maybe you should go rest, you look half dead."
Seeing Hana try to hug her, she hugged back, trying to make her feel better.
"Was the idol rehearsal good at least? Did you improve a lot?" Hopefully it'd been worth it, seeing how Hana looked.
Hope:
"Yeah I did... I practice and do my best so that I'll be ready to preform with you. "
Hana felt uneasy, as if something was off and wrong at the current moment. The hug from Mi-hime made her feel more comfortable, but nonetheless she had a gut feeling that things weren't going well. Most of all this feeling led her again to have a growing concern for Mi-hime, but she tried her best not to show it.
"Have they made any progress on finding what your disease really is over the past week?" She asked.
Crystalia:
Miyuki froze slightly when Hana mentioned the disease again. The 'disease' that she'd spent the last year hiding what the cause was. Why had she hidden the truth again? To not make people worry? To deny that it was happening? Was it worth it still? Questions flowed through her mind, and she was unsure of how to answer. Hana seemed to be really worried anyway, it didn't seem to be helping keeping it hidden. But was revealing it the right thing to do? She didn't know any more.
Perhaps part of the reason she hadn't revealed it was because she felt like it'd be giving up. Once she'd started hiding it, it seemed silly to reveal it, after she had tried to hide it. Still, Hana did deserve to know. But she didn't want to make Hana worry. But Hana was already worried. The thoughts flashed in her mind, and she couldn't come to a conclusion. To answer or not.
She sat there for what felt like ages, thinking. She was unsure of how much time had actually passed, it could have been 1 hour or 30 seconds, she couldn't tell. Eventually, she remembered something though.
"Hana told me that she cheated on me with Haruka. She didn't have to tell me, I wouldn't have found out anyway. But she did it anyway, so that I would know. Might as well tell her I guess."
She made up her mind, deciding to tell Hana. "Well... the thing is. About a year ago, at the end of the New York stage thingy, I had a sort of vision. A being, shrouded in the darkness, surrounded by red and black rings spoke to me then. It asked me if I was happy with how I was, if I was truly satisfied. That I hadn't accomplished anything yet, I'd lost in the first round of the circuit, and had made no progress at all on my idol career. It promised me power, power to achieve my goals. In exchange, I had to 'help' it out, with the plan to invade Cray and Earth.
It tempted me for a second, but I said no. There was no way I could do anything that would harm you Hana, or any of my friends. After my refusal, the being asked me again, to which I refused. It then told me "Very well then, since you continue to refuse, I will simply make your life hell. In time you will probably give up, and join me. The pain, lack of energy, suffering, all the things that you will feel soon can be brushed aside if you accept me. Otherwise they will stay with you for the rest of your life, however short that might turn out to be."
"Ever since that day, I've had this 'illness'. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but I kept having weird dreams and visions again, of the being asking me if I'd changed my mind. This probably sounds insane, y-you might think I'm delusional. Maybe it does have nothing to do with my illness after all, I don't know for sure. But this is the reason that I think I've been sick this whole time. I'm really sorry for hiding this from you the whole time..."
With that said, she felt slightly empty. The big secret that she had kept hidden for so long was out. The only thing she could do was wait to see her reaction.
"I-I hope you aren't too angry at me from hiding this from you..."
