Introduction
Blades of Retribution, BR, was created for friends to have fun and enjoy themselves, while continuing to grow, not only as players, but as people. Every person has room for self-improvement, and how they go about improving is up to the individual, though others can hopefully have a positive influence on others as well.

Requirements:
1. Must not be rude to other team members. Should there be a dispute, you refer to me (Aides) and I shall attempt to mediate. Any rudeness will not be tolerated, and may be subject to expulsion from the team.
2. It’s important to enjoy yourself on this team. Feel free to play whatever decks you are comfortable with, competitive meta or not.
3. Always respect other people's opinions. You are free to debate and learn from each other, but no one should force their opinions on other people.
4. Good attitude and Sportsmanship is important. Always be courteous to your opponents and teammates, even if they themselves do not deserve it. We must always be the bigger people.
5. As of now, I allow double teaming on one condition: should both teams face each other, you are barred from participating in that TB.
6. Should you be inactive for over a month, and give me no reason for doing so, you will be automatically removed from the team. Should they wish to return, they are free to message me or any of the reps.
7. Having a Skype account is also important, as it can give us a solid form of communication.
8. Misconduct in team chat or in TB's is unacceptable. Should you be caught conducting any of the following offenses, you will be subject to a "strike". Get three "strikes" and you will be removed from the team until further notice, during which you are allowed to appeal the decision to either myself or the reps.

Misconduct Offenses (List subject to change)
1. Being rude to other teammates, ours and others.
2. Stating you will be in a TB and arrive at least 5 minutes late. (especially if you are going first)
3. Calling Final Turn.

Team Goal: The Blades' agenda is simple: to have fun and strive to be the best we can be. So If you're up to it, come and apply!

Recruitment: The recruitment process shall consist of a best out of three match. Testers will then save the replays and submit to the team for viewing, and a verdict shall be given. It is extremely important to have Skype for this reason as we can then refer back to you when we've made a decision, and we don't have to hunt anyone down on CFA. You may ask anyone on the roster for a test match, but they must be informed whether through in-game messages or simply making a room to then notify them that you wish to try out. You can also replay to the thread here to indicate if you want to try out, however you must leave your CFA username on here so we know who to look for. Testers and Testees are also allowed to use whatever decks they would like during the matches, meaning they can use one deck for all three games, or a different deck for each match.

Also: at the end of each testing session, the testee and the tester will exchange Skype account names to ensure solid communication when it comes to the verdict of whether or not someone made the team.

Side Note: it is also possible to join via invitation.

Side Note #2: If a team member finds someone that they want to invite, they must run them by me first before they can add them to the team.

Trial Periods: I will now allow trial periods to decide whether or not you want to join a team. After 14 days, I will PM you and ask how you feel about the team and if you want to officially join.
