Auto on rear rulings

Suppose i have a grade 3 rear guard and an overlord in drop. Now my opponent uses steam maiden dah-nish's skill so that I return the grade 3 and call a grade 2. So, if I call dragonic burnout from deck can i use its skill? After all its skill says ' When this unit is placed on (RC), if you have a «Kagerō» vanguard' not during your turn when this unit is placed. So, I should be able to use its skill right?

I assume so, As far as I know, your meeting the requirements to do it. Since your calling it to Rear-guard, regardless of the method.
