What are the methods to obtain sleeves?

I was told I could donate and obtain access to the sleeves, but I cant find anything about this. How much would I need to donate, to whom do I donate too, what do I need to do to say "put the sleeves on ____", and for how long would I gain access? There really is only 1 or 2 sleeves I want if that affects anything.

If you can't get them through donating, how exactly does drops work? The only things I can find online are about how to change the sleeve on your end by changing the name of the file, and that isn't what I want

You can also get them by reaching top 3 in the tournaments that are hosted in this forum every month.
