Startup Error

I'm trying to download CFA but every time I try i get the same message saying

ERROR in
action number 1
of Draw Event
for object LG5z_r3_6:

Trying to draw non-existing background.

i look at the launcher client and each time it says its version 1.0.0.0 even though i'm downloading version 1.92. I try updating but that gives me the same problem and I can't access the client. Can anyone help?
