How to Active Skill

First , i'm sorry for my bad english , i want to ask how to active skill in card , for example i want to active skill blaster blade burst , but how to do it ??

Simply pay the cost and tell your opponent what skill you activated.

Zac:
You can activate a skill in a card in different ways
1)Auto skills: Shift+Left click on the card usually works on some
2)If it it's act skill for starter like those g3 finders  just simply pay the cost and put it into the soul and it should automatically search and shows you the top 5 cards
3)Some can only be activated automatically during battle phase and when you attack them
4)Some skills you have to do it manually like Neo nectars and if you want to add power simply just click the card with your middle mouse which the wheel

I thought the Shift+left click is for legions only?

If I'm not mistaken not necessarily just for legions, Correct me if I'm wrong though
