If you don't have a middle mouse (wheel), pressing ctrl & space (together) over a card will allow you to manually add power as well.

yeah this will help!!  :)

Doctor Who:
Some skills such as power-ups activate if you give say click yes or no. Other activate when you use shift+click (this is how you summon your Mate). This works on ride chains like Tsukuyomi.
