I cannot open the game

When execute the .exe, it doesn't open, it doesn't even open a process, I look at my task manager and it don't appears nothing there, it is not corrupted, I use a pendrive to transfer to another computer and it works, I already tried without firewall and anti-virus, note that I only use windows defender, and I execute it as admin
