Now. I don't know about other people, but, when I play games I like there to be some kind of progression. Something to tell me how good I am, who's at the top and who's lower down. It gives you something to strive for and adds more replay value to the game, as well as making people much more competitive. Of course the occasional tournies are nice, as well as the teams that have started cropping up everywhere. But, I believe that there needs to be something more. something that adds a continuous edge of competitive play to the game. My method of thinking for this is similar to the Pokemon Showdown laddering system, something that is continuous. It is very viable now given the new account system. The ladders could be reset once a month, those in the top five getting an exclusive deck sleeve or something like that. I just think that it would be a fun and competitive change to the current CFA formula that has not yet been included. We could even add some form of in game team registration and have an over all team total of ladder points.

You need something to tell you how good you are ?
in truth i agree with you and feel the same way you do about a ranking system.
i already propositioned the reset idea once and no one took it to, because in truth those who have the time to play and constantly rise above the bored will start to disscriminate against the lower rank player now matter what. even in cfc there was no ranking but there was disscrimination. so no to any ranking system.
if you wanna make one for your own group of people like i did Royal Fighters, go ahead man.

I don't agree with this idea. All that a win/lose would prove is how much luckier you are. Miss ride still exist too. It would not be a good way to judge a persons true skill and just be abused.

 This is basically why it would be abused. Even though there is some now and not even a big deal as is but if it was added, it would just get worse and worse.
This is why I can't agree.
