Text translated into another language doesn't be output

I'm not say for chat in game, but only for card text.
In my country, there are lots of people want to play CFA, but most give up for language in card.
I tried to translate text into another language(like Japanese or Korean and other language don't use Alphabet) but it failed.
The client of CFA can output only Alphabet or Cyrillic.
I know this problem stem from Gama maker studio and from old forum, you guys worried client become heavier.
So I want to know how to add or replace another language font into client for Cyrillic so that we can solve our language problem.

Gamemaker command don't suppor unicode, game get error. So, i can't add Japanesse/Korean support.
They only support ANSI.
