I don't think so. Because if it is about how Aichi disappeared, those who didn't watch the movie won't know how Aichi disappeared and thus won't fully understand the series. Except, of course, if what you said is already confirmed.

Daigo might have an appearance in the movie. Probably the movie will have its own antagonist in its own timeline, so it doesn't conflict with the series.

The movie's setting is between the end of the Link Joker arc and before the Legion Mate arc, so it'll probably give us an idea of what happened to Aichi before the events of Legion Mate.
