Either way, I really hope the people behind the game would do something about the current situation. To make it better of course. Although, there is really no way to satisfy everyone.

i agree with this as well i never get a win in the lottery and i have seen a dude get it 5 times in a week

Either more sleeves drops or sleeve drop every 15-30 minutes would be cool.

Totally should. I've seen people, including myself, waiting for almost four days before finally getting one sleeve. Then no luck for the next few days again, while in a day I seen one person get three sleeves, though not consecutively. Opinion would be 30 min- 2 people.
