The effect of Cold Death Dragon in the wikia is:

If you do, your opponent chooses one of his or her (RC), and puts the top card of his or her deck face down on that (RC) as a locked card. (The locked card is turned face down, and cannot do anything. It turns face up at the end of the owner's turn.)

RC being Rear Guard Circle and not just Rear Guard. Am I wrong?

Plus the symbol of the RC is the R with the Picture edit which usually symbolizes Rear Guard Circle

If you do, your opponent chooses one of his or her open (RC), and puts the top card of his or her deck face down on that open (RC) as a locked card." just like garmore liberator skill, it says "open [RG icon]"
