I really like Rias and Deirdre, Rias for the sheer minus she can force, and Deirdre is a clone of that Grade 1 that can be used to set up for Rias.

I think that Wizards are something that Royal Paladin and Gold Paladin would do to be honest, Genesis and Shadows have these already.

The scariest thing about it is it's rulling. The power apparently goes negative too. Meaning, a 10k Vanguard becomes a -15k Vanguard in a worst case scenario. So yeah, overpowered right here. Shaladins needed it, though, as everything else has something among those lines of usefulness.

I really hope that the second legion will have a more interesting effect than "Abyss."  I felt "Abyss" was lackluster, but I can't make a final judgement on it until the second skill is revealed.  At least it's practically guaranteed it won't be another Restander.  I just hope that it's also not something even more lackluster.
