Change the sleeve poll periodicaly

How much time has passed since the last time the sleeves were changed? I don't play frequently, but everytime someone gets a sleeve, its always the same ones, Takuto, Lady Healer, Bravest Peak, Zoo, Ibuki, Alessia, Kazumi, etc, etc. This can't be like this forever :C What if the sleeve poll gets changed after a certain amount of updates? If this keeps going makes little to zero sense at all adding new sleeves
