However, I can see Bushi giving the dmg adder skill dragruler has to some other clans. Glory Maelstroms skill is a fine example, same thing could happen with Dragruler's skill. I can see it happening in the future.

I highly doubt Norn will have that skill that it says on Wikia; I think she'll require Legion, because with Minerva she'd be overpowered.

Even if Norn required the Legion the others are still quite useful especially the drop zone soul charging
