Where's the new update?

Tried to log onto CFA 3.07, and it told me to go download the latest version of CFA. But the webpage still has the download links for 3.07 instead of 3.08. That was around an hour ago at this point. What's going on?

Don't know what exactly happend but I still got a copy to the 3.08 link.
